Worst experience ever. Paid $22,000 in advance for retaining walls and a 30' x 70' concrete slab. Three months later, I had the ground excavated, retaining wall footers dug, and nothing else. I also ended up paying $7,100 directly to the excavator they sub-contracted to avoid having a mechanic's lien placed on my property since they hadn't been paid. I turned this over to my attorney who is in the process of filing a civil suit against I Construction to recoup the money they stole, as well as filing felony criminal charges against the owner, Shawn Perkins. Stay away from this guy. He's bad news.

You also told me that if I had other jobs to do, then YOU did not have a problem with me doing them because we had been working on your job from the time we started your project. We just did not walk off of your job. And we did not steal any money. If we had left your job and didn't come back, then that's a different story, and you could claim we stole from you, but that is not the case. The weather was terrible when we started your project. You can reach out to me, and we can resolve this issue Furthermore, if you see all the rain that is in the picture, we experienced that the entire time. Thank you"

Shawn and Andrew were the best!! They took on the job of pouring the concrete for my hubby's surprise garage build. They were able to work around my schedule and need to be un-noticed. Thanks, guys, for making the best bday gift a complete surprise as well. The workers were friendly and on time and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend them anyone.
