I want to start this review by saying the end product looks good! The main focus of this review is the lack of communication during the project. We were originally told it would be a 1 day project - removal of old countertops and install of new. It took a total of 7 days, finishing Sunday night when we were told it would be done the prior Monday (we kept getting the "it will be done tomorrow...it will be done tomorrow", etc). This left us without a kitchen sink or usable kitchen space for several days. We had to advocate for ourselves the whole week to find out information about what was going on. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication within the company that made us question if we got scammed.
