<p>Over the years, I have bought and sold 9 properties from California to New York and numerous in between which exposed me to many real estate agents and offices, not to mention attorneys that are required on the east coast. There are some scary stories attached to a few of those transactions which are known as nightmares of the worst kind. I met Rick at an open house viewing and when I decided to sell my 100 yr. old home in the Northend and retire to a smaller and less expensive 'upkeeper', he came to my mind.</p> <p>Just after that time, the market fell apart and I was highly stressed to put it mildly. A buyer arrived with a less than perfect agent and what Rick had to go through with those people was horrible. He held on, hand-held them, and put up with their ridiculous demands for over a month. I don't know how he maintains such composure with people like that, but he must have been born with the patience of Jobe. I was pulling out my hair in private! He has a demeanor that was patently meant to handle such stress and chaos. Long story short, he held it all together until my property was closed and then found me my perfect smaller and newer patio home in Eagle. I have never seen anyone work so hard and diligently in my lifetime. He deserves every recommendation and accolade I can possibly give him. He is a professional of the first order. </p>
