Dick came out to do the estimate, and was knowledgeable in his explanation of the polyurea flooring. About a week later, we decided to go with them and set up a contract. Daniel and crew came put to do the flooring installation. He explained the several steps involved in the process, and said it would take about 6 hours. They worked hard throughout day, and was able to complete in just about 6 hours. It looks great. We've had several neighbors interested and look at it, as their garage floors are also deteriorating due to salt, etc.

The estimator arrived as scheduled, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and the process. We scheduled the project and it was completed about three weeks later (which was as expected). Austin and Brandon were our installers. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very willing to discuss a number of questions which we had about the project. Specifically, there was rain the forecast, and we were worried about the front porch and sidewalk being completely dry before the treatment was applied. Our preference was that they complete the garage and defer the front porch and sidewalk to a later day when there was no rain in the forecast. I know most contractors are on tight schedules these days and would prefer to avoid delays. So, much to my very pleasant surprise, Austin agreed and said that he wanted us to be perfectly happy with the result, and that he too was nervous about the rain interrupting the process. So, they completed the garage - and it looks terrific - and promised to call the next business day to reschedule the front porch and sidewalk.

IT went well. They were two problems, but the owner came back and fix it.

Installed Penntek Chip System coating on my exterior foundation concrete block. Due to a steep slope on my lot, this required up to 5 1/2 feet of vertical installation - a total of 470 square feet. I had talked to floor installers who use an epoxy system and none of them could do a vertical installation. However, with this polyurea system, vertical application is not an issue. AND, best of all, it’s fully warranted for 15 years! Alden and Brandon did a fantastic, high-quality job with the installation. They prepped the block, applied a base coat, then the chips and finally a top coat - all done in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. They were very professional, worked hard and had no problem with answering questions and kept me informed of what they were doing. The salesman, John, was low pressure, easy to work with and very informative. I did a custom mix of the Domino chip color (45% gray, 35% white, 20% black). The result is a fantastic granite-like look, but with the 45% gray it's subtle enough to not stick out from the concrete foundations on nearby homes. This provides a long term solution versus painting and is a great aesthetic upgrade. NOTE: This company also does business as Buckeye Seamless (gutters, downspouts, drain lines...).
