3 years ago I rated this service a 5, I'm changing it now. As the years have passed his services have declined and prices went up. 2 friends dropped him and found other services. The past year his attitude and service have been poor. First of all, he has missed doing fall cleanup, granted due to early snow, but last spring he 'forgot" about his promise to pick up leaves to side. And, of course, prices for spring and fall cleanup went up. And two years ago he was informed that I was turning an old garden area into lawn, of course he told me it would cost more, I get that, but he claimed he hadn't known about my plans. So his "5" rating is now a 1 only because I can't rate him any lower. Hired him only through July and at last mow, he told me to contact him if I needed any further mowing. It ended up taking longer to get listing up, so I contacted him. He declined to do it and then said it was because I'd added a lawn.. When I found someone to mow it had been 3 weeks since it was mowed, but new service charged the same price as Ideal did for a lawn mowing weekly. This gentleman doesn't follow up, doesn't remember what clients have said, service has declined and charges are excessive.

Overall he was fantastic! He was prompt when returning my phone calls, he arrived on time, and cleaned up after himself!
