This is our regular cleaning service.  Miriam is our cleaner, she does a great job.  It's always nice to come home to a freshly cleaned home, and we have been very happy with the service.  We also use this company to do move-out cleaning for our rental units, they always do a great job. <br />

The first woman went slowly as she had few supplies at first. After the 2nd woman arrived they talked to each other in Spanish and giggled, the 2nd woman brought lunch when she arrived so they ate before beginning. I won't use Leda again. She offered to come back and make it better but after waiting over 2 weeks for her first 'house cleaning' I didn't want to wait again for her shoddy service.

She is quite good. There was some changeover, but she always made sure they were doing their job properly. She also looked for areas outside of the normal cleaning to make sure that it was cleaned with extra equipment. She took responsibility for ensuring the job was done properly.

I left her a message and she called back a couple of hours later apologizing for not contacting me sooner.  She went to the house and gave me an estimate of $200 and scheduled an appointment to go the following day to complete the work.  She called me while at the apartment and told me there would be an additional charge of $60 to clean some soot (?).  I OKed the addition.

Iedas' Professional House Cleaning certainly lives up to their name.  The house I needed cleaned was disgusting.  I was afraid no one would take the job.  Ieda came and assured me she "had seen it all" over her years in the business and her team could handle the mess.  The house had ten years of dirt, grime, grease, and stains on the walls and floors.  The stove and fireplace had not been clean inside for at least a decade.  The house had dog and cat hair and cat urine stains, not to mention mold in hard to reach places etc. <br /> Iedas' team arrived on time Monday morning and completely transformed the place.  They left the house sparkling with a fresh sweet smell.  Ieda even pointed out problem areas, such as a possible water leak in the closet, that I never would have noticed. The stove and refrigerator had been moved out and the floors and wall behind them looked brand new thanks to the professional cleaning job.  All the appliances gleamed inside and out.  The fireplace looked like it had never been used because such a thorough cleaning job had been done.   The walls looked amazing! <br /> <br /> Ieda was so easy to communicate with too.  I can't stress enough how happy and delighted I am with her cleaning company.   You just don't get old fashion, go the extra mile service like this to often these days!  <br /> <br />

Leda responded the message I left on her voicemail and came by to give me a price for the cleaning of a 900 sq. ft apartment. <br /> She arrived on time to perform the work with her empolyees: the work they performed was exceptional (as advertised).

Ieda and a helper, Rosie, came to clean our home. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and left the house spotless and smelling amazing!Ieda was friendly and professional when she came to give us an estimate for cleaning, and her estimate was below others we'd gotten. When it came time to actually get the cleaning done, she left no stone unturned, even asking for a ladder to get the grease spots off our high kitchen ceiling light fixtures. She cleaned the blinds down to the last slat, and she even cleaned the annoying, dusty grates on our baseboard heaters. This woman is THOROUGH. She doesn't bring her own cleaning chemicals, which I like because I get to choose what liquids or scrubs get used (and consequently how the house smells when the cleaning is done).Amazing professional, highly recommended.

She did a great job.  She was very professional, always came on time, and is in constant communication with her clients.  I would definitely recommend her to others.

Ieda and her staff made the whole process very streamless.  They did an excellent job of cleaning the house, and the new owners were very happy to move into a spotless house.  I found them to be professional, reasonable in pricing, fast and flexible with scheduling.  I will definitely hire Iedas Professional House Cleaning again for our next project, and would highly recommend them for anyone else looking for house cleaners.

Our bathrooms are really clean and the exterior cleaning that they did was very good as well. We would use them in the future if needed.

We've been using Ieda's Cleaning Service for 10 years when we lived in San Francisco and now that we live in Berkeley. She sends people who are very qualified and thorough, and when the staff changes, she always checks in. As the owner, she will periodically come by to check on the work. Ieda is very open and willing to discuss the status of the work and is very open to feedback. I have used her for weekly cleaning, move-out cleanings and special large & spring cleanings when I am having a party. The cost is based on the size of the place and the level of service required. I know that she is open to weekly, monthly, or one-time-depends on needs and the capacity of her team. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She services SF, San Mateo area, and parts of the East Bay.

Professional House cleaning is absolutely the best I have seen. Most responsible and reliable. From the first contact to the first visit and the work performed is to be commended. The people are courteous and very professional.
