Cipriano does outstanding work complemented by a great work ethic. He is personable, conscientious, reputable, hard-working, and fair-priced. He is a master at working with concrete and masonry. He doesn't cut corners and makes sure the job is done right to the satisfaction of the customer. He is a person of excellent character and integrity who takes pride in his work and rightfully so. Cipriano Iglesias is top shelf.

It went very well. Jose was here 20 minutes after I called for an estimate. Everything worked out very good.

The workers did an excellent job. They were punctual, efficient and professional. The price was exactly as quoted and the work is top notch. Cipriano returned to repair a broken paver, and then returned again a few weeks later to check that we were satisfied with the job.

They worked three days straight in 98 degree heat. The price was as quoted and clean up was great. After payment was made I forwarded a photo of an area of concern and they returned within a day to address it.

The work was done without any issues.  I am satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work as well.  IC is a professional contractor and is pleasant to work with.  They know their work well and provide good suggestions for getting the work done.  It could not have been done any better in terms of overall project handling.  <br />

There were delays in beginning the job, but extremely efficient once job began.  Professional behavior by all workers.  Started early and worked late to complete the large job as quickly as possible.  Solved water problem with regrading and decreasd pitch of front walk making access to home much easier for elderly parent.  Good solid work and everything looks beautiful! Huge boost to curb appeal! <br />

Poured partial a week before finish and now it does not match, let all materials here when he left. The concrete it flaking around the edges. Brush marks, foot prints in concrete. Spots in the driveway where water that comes from the house sits. Took sign from my lawn and drove away without finishing work. <br /> <br /> Told me if I was not satisfied he would fix the issue, never did so.

Excellent work quality.  We're completely happy with the results and the overall experience.  No hesitation about using them again. <br />

Owner was polite. Did exactly what I asked for. The workers were on time. They were at my house 3 days and I think I asked them 2 or 3 questions about what they were doing. The work was exceptional when all was said and done. I would not hesitate to use them again. <br />

We had Mr. Iglesias come out on 2 occasions for quotes (2 different scopes of work).  Both times, he arrived on time and was very informative and helpful.  Part of the work involved ripping up grass next to where the concrete was laid and ruined the grass.  He came back a few days later and seeded the grass and made sure to tell us how to care for it so that we would have lush grass again, and it worked great.  Within a month, there was no way to tell what had been ripped up and what was original grass.  The concrete itself was laid perfectly.  We had an issue with water run off due to the slope of the existing slab, but that was fixed and we've had no issues since.  He also made sure to round the edges on the steps so that our 2 year old would not hit sharp edges if he happened to fall, this was very important to me and he did exactly what I asked.  The rain and snow have not damaged the concrete at all and we're confident that it will look good for years to come.  We were very happy with the service we received and the job was done very well. <br />

He got back to us quickly with an estimate and stayed in communication with us until the weather allowed us to proceed with the project. All work was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the end result. Would use again and recommend to others.

Entire job went smoothly. All workers were polite, considerate and hard working. Mr. Iglesias would stop by frequently to make sure work was getting done properly. He even assisted his team with performing the work. I was very happy with every aspect of the job and would highly recommend this company. I plan to utilize him for future projects as well.

The owner Cipriano Iglesias and his crew were very prompt, professional and skilled. Communication during the project was easy and the results look great. There were no surprises and the cleanup was very good,

He was timely, he came at cost and all work was done in a professional, in a clean manner, he basically cleaned up all the stuff after himself.
