We started using II-S Mechanical in October 2012 when a sump pump gave <br /> out, and we were lucky to get an employee named Don whose knowledge, <br /> professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.  He <br /> replaced that sump pump and then, though not originally a part of the <br /> work to be done, closely examined another older sump pump, explaining <br /> the problems with this older pumps current set-up and giving us <br /> practical estimates on replacement.  We knew that older pump would need <br /> replacement and we depend greatly on that pump.  So, since we were very <br /> satisfied with Don's work, we had II-S Mechanical/Don replace that <br /> second pump. Again, he was very detailed and neat in his work, and both <br /> pumps are working great.  We have real peace of mind knowing the work <br /> was done right.  We've also had Don replace two sink faucets, one of <br /> them which was a difficult, arduous job because the old faucet was <br /> rusted and hard to remove.  Throughout that work, Don acted good-natured <br /> and professional throughout the challenging work.  We have not yet <br /> worked with another employee from this company, but if they're like Don <br /> then you can't go wrong with this company.  <br />

We were very pleased with this company.  We had to replace the copper pipes under our house.  They said we might be two or 3 days without water.  They did it in one day.  They came early in the morning and worked all day until finished.  That made us very happy.  They also installed a tub, shower fixtures and sinks and fixtures.   They were very punctual and because of scheduling the plumber with the contractor, they had to come out on short notice, but they did and got the job done in a timely manner. <br />

He spent more than an hour on this job but only billed for a hour.  The whole experience went just fine.
