Very well, Iliana and came with another woman and they deep cleaned the entire house. We were very happy with the job they did.

Iliana and John were easy to communicate with and were flexible with our schedule. They evaluated the home, which is large, and provided a fair price given the size and cleaning needs. On the decided day, they were punctual, and spent more than 8 hours cleaning the home. The home, which was dirty after we moved out, is pristine. The quality of the work was thorough and complete. We would absolutely use them again for regular cleaning services as needed.

They are wonderful and they come once or twice a month for me. they are very thorough, they cleaned the blinds everytime.

Our house is modern and has a lot of windows that are difficult to reach. Iliana’s brought a whole team and plenty of ladders to get the job done in one day. They have done this work twice and I plan on having them do it every year. Pricing was fair given the difficulty of the job. Crew was pleasant and professional.

Where to even start with how much I appreciate this provider? <br /> I am from Ct and currently live in Co. My mom is in hospital in Baltimore and (urgently) needed : <br /> #1-documents retrieved from the New Haven Supreme Court's clerk's office after downloading a letter sent via email by me and printed out by them (Iliana's),   <br /> #2 -mailed Priority service from USPS with documentation, <br /> #3- needed it done as soon as humanly possible. <br /> As anyone in a similiar situation can attest dealing with an emergency that involves paperwork can be nervewracking and dealing with it from a distance is doubly so especially when your mom's treatment actually depends on it. <br /> I contacted Iliana's via their website late in the day ,way after business hours, and was contacted within 2 hours by Jon. By the next day the email letter was printed and presented at the courthouse and said document retrieved. The letter was then sent to my cousin in Baltimore to give to my mom. During this entire complicated process I was texted a picture of the document after its retrieval as well as the tracking number for it once it was sent... <br /> The relief and gratitude I felt, and still feel, because of the service provided by this outstanding company is just really beyond compare. <br /> Thank you Jon and Iliana's Errand Service.
