Had tuckpointing patchwork and sealing done along with some other concrete work. Job was finished all in one day and Joe inspected personally when his crew finished. We would highly recommend this company.

Price was based on the high end high quality materials they used. Work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. To me they did an extremely good job.

Although not the cheapest quote I received, Joseph's quote provided the best warranty for the work being done and that is why I initially selected him, and I am glad I did. His crew showed up when expected and did a great job in both the repairs and adding another roof to my existing flat roof. While the job was in progress, Since I was out of town while the work was being done, Joesph would send me text photos of the job in progress, so I was able to see what his crew was doing during the various stages of work. When completed, I did inspect the job that they did and was very satisfied with work performed and clean up done afterwards. Truly a professional firm at a reasonable price with an outstanding warranty, which I believe I won't be needing considering the great job that was done! I would highly recommend them.

this is an Updated review. After finally getting this company to come back and revise their work my roof seems to be fixed. So far so good. Thanks Angi for helping me get this done.

Joseph the estimator was very prompt in answering my phone call and setting a time to meet. It started snowing on south side that day so he called to make sure I knew he would be 30 minutes late. This was very much appreciated because a lot of contractors would just blow you off. He was very professional the entire time. He started the estimate with taking picture from a drone these pictures were amazing and really showed the problem from a birds eye view and close up shots. Josephâ s workers were very nice polite and hard working. My job took about 8 hours with two workers because they took the section of roof down to the rafters to verify the problem. Once the problem was detected they rebuilt that entire section maybe an 8x8â . There was a big vent there so that had to work carefully around it. They put new wood by rafters new 3/4â plywood, installation, fire and ice layer and then the top coat of bitumen. Adding silver coating to match the rest of the roof. My entire experience was top notch and believe me I do contracts all the time and am hard to please. When I say I give this company a 5 Star rating I mean it 100%. A big thank you to Joseph and his two workers.

The roof on our condo was showing signs of needing to be repaired or replaced. No one likes special assessments (especially in a small building), so we were hopeful we could do a fix and put off the roof replacement for a few years. We had a few roofers come out to give estimates over the summer. All of the more professional companies recommended a full replacement, which we really did not want to do. We then found a roofer who would do a fix vs replacement, and after having Illinois Premier Roofing out, Joseph took a video with his drone so we could see for ourselves just how bad the roof was. He told us point blank "I don't care if you end up hiring us, but please don't give anyone any money to 'fix' the roof. It is beyond repair and needs to be replaced. That person is just taking your money." This is what we needed to hear, and that video is what we needed to see. The association ended up voting to fully replace the roof on the building and garage and use Illinois Premier Roofing. Joseph REALLY tried to work within our slim HOA budget. The existing roof turned out being worse than anticipated, so Joseph strategized solutions with us and kept us informed every step of the way as they were tearing the roof off. He helped us decide what we'd need to do to make the roof safe and durable for the next 15-25 years, including rebuilding and tuckpointing portions of our brick parapet walls. We have two beautiful brand new roofs that we feel confident will stand up to the elements and we won't have to worry about for a long, long time. They guarantee their work with a warranty, and his crew worked quickly with quality in mind, leaving everything clean when they wrapped up. 10/10, would and will continue to recommend!
