I was helping my friend move some furniture in Evanston one night when I mistakenly got locked out of my car. It was late and I needed a quick and reliable solution so that I could get into my car and back home ASAP. iLock was there for me and came to my rescue so fast, and got the job done even faster. I can’t thank them enough for helping me in my time of need! Should this ever happen again, I know exactly who to call.

My experience with iLock was fantastic. Amanda was my technician and I had bought a new home and wanted all 4 doors to have new locks because all of the doors were on different keys. Also none of the locks matched, they were different colors. Amanda was completely prepared when she came. She had all the locks with her! She made them all on one key and gave me multiple copies. The locks are a beautiful "brushed nickel" and look amazing. I could not be happier, my house looks so much better and the locks work so smooth, they seem much higher quality that the existing locks. Amanda even fixed the doors so they closed and locked easier by readjusting the doorknob and deabolt plate things on the door for free of charge. They were so professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable in my new home. They provided a warranty and Amanda was very attentive in ensuring I was happy with all the locks and how they functioned before she left. They did not make me feel pressured or rushed. I think I'm covered on locks for quite a while, but I absolutely would recommend them to everyone. One of the best experiences I've ever had with any company. You can see they care about their customers.

Despite having some technical difficulties in the beginning the job was completed with the utmost professionalism. I did have to place a call to have the Master Locksmith return to fix and complete the job. The original locksmith made some minor errors that were promptly corrected. Apparently he tried to rekey locks that needed to be replaced. The company bought the new hardware and did not charge me for it. I will definitely call them when it is time to convert my doors to FOB entry. Good service, good technicians, and a good company.
