I had a very disappointing experience with IM Garage Doors. Communication was inconsistent from the start, and it felt difficult to get clear answers about scheduling and pricing. The technician arrived later than expected, and the work did not feel as thorough or professional as I was hoping for. After the service, the issue wasn?t fully resolved, which was frustrating considering the cost. I also felt like there was very little follow-up or accountability when I reached out with concerns. Overall, the experience felt rushed and left me wishing I had chosen a different company. I would recommend others do thorough research and get multiple quotes before moving forward.

Garage door repair wasn?t done correctly. Never recommended using this shitty company. Terrible service as well. Guy doesn?t seem like he runs an honest business. In a way I felt discriminated against. Maybe it was the flag that was hanging inside my garage that ticked him off. Either way it?s unprofessional to get in your feelings about the decor in someone else?s house. Hope this helps other stay away from this POS!

Charged me 3x-4x the amount to your garage door based on who you voted for. Admits openly and brags online about charging customers triple.

Isaiah responded quickly to my inquiry and never tried to upsell me. I thought i should get a whole new door and he talked me out of it. Now my garage door works perfectly and is ulta quiet. I would definitely reccomend IM Garage Door Service.
