Isaiah is the first contractor who did not try to exploit me financially for doing something very simple. I'm out of area and my garage door motor unit just needed swapped out with a new motor drive unit which I could easily have done myself. All other responders wanted to charge me $650 and up (after I paid for the new opener!). Isaiah did it for $200 (totally fair price). He told me it only took him 10 minutes (after unboxing the new one which he went and picked up and paid for with his own money!) including swapping out the main belt gear, carriage assembly, and programming the new remotes. Don't want to get ripped off by money hungry garage door contractors? Call this company and ask for Isaiah!!!

Isaiah assessed our garage situation: we needed a new garage opener system. He worked through the afternoon and completed this project before day's end! He made sure that everything was working properly, and left our garage safer and cleaner than before. Isaias Morales from Elite Garage Door Services arrived within 10 minutes. Assessed the broken Torsion Spring, both Drums, and both cables. Replaced them all within 30 minutes and even stopped the noise by spraying lubricant on the other garage door. Isaias was friendly, easy to talk to, and above all professional in his work. If my other 2 garage doors ever have an issue, I'm definitely calling him first. Price was quite reasonable.
