Storm Door - Repair
Ivan actually replaced one storm door and "new" installed another one where there wasn't one before. I cannot say enought good things about this gentlemen. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, accomodating and got the job done right. Murphy's Law did appear several times when it came to delivery of parts and additional supplies needed, as it always does in construction but Ivan handled all professionally. Left job side completely clean and instructed me on all the features. I will hire him again as jobs come up!!. You cannot go wront.

Window A/C Unit Installation
Ivan and his assistant were very well-versed in the business of installing a heavy air-conditioner in a double-hung window. Their physical strength amazed me, as they carefully carried, placed and successfully manipulated the unit into the window opening. Then, they stabilized and secured it. Finally, the “moment of truth”, Ivan turned on the unit and a flow of cool, dry air burst into my large den and I was comfortable at last! I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

He was very proactive before he arrived at my place letting me know exactly when he would arrive. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them. I cannot say enough great things about Ivan and his team. They were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond their scope of work. They worked in multiple rooms and everything came out great. They fixed drywall, installed plumbing and light fixtures, painted and installed a complicated mural on one of my walls. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire them again.

Extremely patient with working with my work schedule. He was on time, respect my home by taking shoes off at front door, very professional, polite, and didn’t mind my pets running around. Would definitely hire him again and also refer him to friends and family.
