I am so happen the way my carpet was revised this cleaning brought to color back it look brand new again. It was a dull look and dirty when they finish the job it looked like new carpet was installed. They got for business for life.

The guys did an excellent job. They were very pleasant and friendly. They did the whole house. We have a double sized living room and dining room downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs and then the landing and staircase. It was a special we came across on another site. It was an A across the board. My wife really liked them, so if she was happy with them, then they did good. It was deal from another site, so I was expecting a quick once over for $79. They did a very good job. They even told my wife, if we have them do it again, they would come back and do it for the same price.

All went really well. We have used them 3-4 times so far and will continue to use their services as long as we have carpet. We have 4 large long-hair dogs that shed and they cleaned the carpet, then did it again because they didn't feel like they had gotten all the dog hair out without anyone having to ask them to do that. That's huge for me. I appreciate when people go the extra mile because they are good honest people and not because someone asked them to. Once they left my carpet looked great, no spots left, my house smelled great and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours. <br />

Carpet cleaning was good; furniture cleaning didn't meet my expectations, but I didn't clarify them to begin with. I wanted the cat hair removed, but that wasn't done. However, the operator offered another carpet cleaning in the future for free. I can't ask more than that. <br />

I will never use them again because they waterlogged our whole carpet and it was wet for four or five days. They sprayed water on it or whatever carpet cleaning stuff they had. It was not all sucked up by their vacuum cleaner. I was not happy. There were no other charges besides the $79 Big Deal. They came out whatever they scheduled to come out. To improve their service, I would recommend for them not to spray that stuff with a weed sprayer because it got my carpets totally soaked. I think that is probably the cause of the spots we got in our kitchen carpet right now. I was not pleased with what they did so it really was not worth anything. As far as responsiveness, they got there when they said they were going to be there.

"Sorry we disappointed you. Please know that it is our wish to do our job with excellence and service you to the best of our ability. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with our service. We were also informed by the tech that serviced you that your Carpet could have possibly had bacteria stains present and needed to be treated, If the proper techniques are not taken then yes stains would be left behind after we cleaned the carpet. All we did, without treating the carpet, was aggravate the situation and made it worse. Also know that when a stain remains after a long period of time, some stains set in the fiber of the carpet. Once they are set in the fiber, sometimes we can rectify the problem, but sometimes it is to late. That is why we always recommend scotch guard to protect the fibers of your carpet from this problem. However, we do try our very best to do a satisfactory job and accomodate all of our customers. You are all valuable to us, and we do want your business. Once again. We are sorry you were not satisfied with our service. We wish you well, and if you so choose to use again in the future we will do our best to go beyond the call of duty in your behalf."

Initially had a little trouble contacting and setting up a date but once I did get in contact things went smoothly. I was advised of the process and what services were being covered and what additional services were available and the cost prior to any work being done. They worked quickly and I was pleased with the results and would use them again. <br />

The service was fine. They cleaned the carpets throughout the entire house. There was an additional fee for pet stain removal and scotch guard. We had them back out a month later to seal the grout and tile and to clean a spot from our pet on the carpet. I thought they did a good job overall.

It was fine. They did a fine job. Our carpet was awful and they made it better. I've moved so I won't be able to use them again. They were fine with scheduling as well.
