Project took over 9 mos to complete. Actual owner (listed as VP of Operations, wife listed as owner) lied on several occasions, could not keep appointments, would not answer the phone regarding post-install issues. Discovered a year later that installer failed to replace a critical component that now requires a $1200 job to pull the entire frame out, replace the piece, and re-install. Great product, terrible install. Search on Google before talking to this company - has been renamed to Windows Company of America and owner has used 3 different spellings of his name and 2 different addresses to avoid detection. Signs his wife's name to paperwork. Pinellas County Consumer Protection has pending criminal charges against owner. NOT LICENCED! Illegally uses his sub-contractors licence to pull permit.

"Unfortunately the manufacturer made a data entry mistake on the line and thus we earned a good review but not exactly what we strive for which is a perfect review. We apologize for this error because this makes us look bad. We have had a great conversation with our manufacturer and have been assured that these mistakes will never happen again. My sincerest apologies to (removed member name), she is a great client and although the windows we had to re order the job did get completed just a little later than anticipated. Our manufacturer will be sending a gift card to her for her inconvienence"

<p>Update!</p> <p>One month after the installation, 3 of the four doors installed started dragging. I informed the sales person and was told that they would take care of the issue. The issue got progressively worse and I even had to remove the striker plate on the dead-bolt so we could even shut the door. I contacted Doug (VP of Operations) at Impact Energy Solutions and was told that The sales person left the company and the information was not relayed, and someone would be out the following week. 2 weeks later, no calls, visits or resolution. I continued to call, email and text about the issue, still no resolution. Now they are not answering my calls or responding to my texts and emails. <strong> Over a year without resolution!</strong></p> <p><strong>I would not use IES, although their price is good, they do not stand behind their work</strong>.</p> <p>I contacted Impact Energy Solutions through Angie's List on Sunday and received a call the next day from John. He scheduled an appointment an and we met on Tuesday. John was very professional, answered all my questions and we agreed on the work and products. When the doors came in (special ordered) I was called and scheduled the installation. The install crew Joe and Dana came out, at the promised time, and did the install. They were very professional and courteous and performed exemplary work. Our house is over 50 years old, and nothing goes as expected. They worked through all the surprises and took the time to explain them all to me. The owner Doug and John came by during the install to make sure everything was going well. After the install, they cleaned up all the mess, hauled away all the trash, then made certain I had no concerns or issues with the job.<br /> <br /> I am very pleased with Impact Energy Solutions, and am working with them on another project on the house. I highly recommend them!</p>
