What an awesome cleaning service! Tracey is very professional, and her attention to detail is second to none. The cost was better than any around, An was very pleased with the detailed cleaning. I highly recommend Tracey an impeccable cleaning service you won't be disappointed!!

It went great, I wanted to surprise my fiancé for Valentine's Day and it went perfect. Very professional and thorough, when she got done, it looked like a new house. I will definitely use her again and I already mentioned her to my friends.

The young ladies showed up on time, was very professional and knew exactly what to do. I was so impressed that they are coming again next week. I will use them on a regular basis. It is really nice to find someone you can depend on. <br />

I searched the internet for a cleaning service for several hours being that my house needed a good deep cleaning! I called so many other cleaning services. This company sounded the most professional to me. They went above and beyond what I thought was going to be done. She made me feel so much better and even piled stuff up neatly. Her cleaning service was amazing. A few days later, they came and did a deep clean of half my house AND made my sofa and love seat look like brand new! They spent many hours and effort to make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied that I called back to book other cleanings as well. She came again for a cleaning of the house and again, did an AMAZING job. I also asked her to clean the inside of the fridge and that was done as well. She went out of her way to help me with some other things even though it was last minute. This cleaning service is very reliable and always makes me feel less stressed after they come! I trust them 100% and they are so polite and show up on time and work around what the client needs done for their lifestyle. They bring everything that is needed so you do not have to worry about anything! Tracey is so sweet and I am so thankful that I found her. <br />

I don't even know where to begin. This provider called me while in my home (when I was an hour away at school) to try to raise the price of the service by $40! When I said no, they argued and threatened to leave without servicing my home and also threaten to take pictures (as if my house were horribly dirty! It is not.), then called back later to apologize and said I would get 10% off a move-out clean for the way I was treated. I was pleased that they apologized and thought I would give them another chance, but when I asked for a move-out quote a few weeks later they said it would be $315 AFTER the 10% off while 4 other companies have quotes around $250-$275 with no discount. <br /> They also missed my first appointment and had to reschedule. Apparently they never got some of the messages through Angie's List,...??? I contacted Angie's List and they said there is no problem with the messaging system. I don't know why they never got some of my messages. <br /> I wanted to like this company, but they made it very difficult. I even tried to give them a second chance because they apologized for the craziness they tried to pull. <br /> I was NOT impressed with the cleaning. They left cob webs. <br /> I will not use this servicer ever again. There are plenty of great cleaners with better prices, who are more professional, and do a better job. <br /> <br /> ***Update*** <br /> This servicer threatened to sue me for leaving a bad review- stating that it is slander. I want to clarify that my review is 100% true and that I have contact Angie's List about this improper behavior. I feel that this company tries to intimidate- first they tried to intimidate me to pay more than originally agreed or not complete the service, now they threaten to sue when I share my unpleasant experience. I stand by my review and will not be intimidated from sharing my experience with this company.

"Thats not what happen at all. We gave you a ROUGH estimate over the phone of $150 without seeing your home first. Once we got to the property we gave you a courtesy call to let you know the price would go up to $200. You then argued the price so my company HONORED the price of $150 and cleaned your entire house to make up for you being angry about the price. We did an amazing job on your house. Then we even offered you 10% off your move out clean. Im sorry you are upset about our pricing but we dont appreciate you slandering our business name especially when we went out of our way to make you happy. I guess you cant please everyone."

We do a bi-weekly cleaning service with Tracy and her team. Overall we <br /> are very happy. The girls take care of thoughtful extras like lining up <br /> the shoes in the closet. We will continue to work with this company, <br /> and overall we gave a B instead of an A because of small things that we <br /> tend to be nit-picky over. However, Tracy is always receptive to feed <br /> back and if we ask for something to be done differently, they always <br /> comply the following visit. <br />

Accepted job on very short notice, which i thought would be a lifesaver. Cleaners showed up on time, but informed me that they do not remove nails from walls as part of a move-out clean, which is fine, I've worked with other companies that do, and just made an assumption that all did, but that wasn't really a big deal. Floors did not appear to have been cleaned. Bathrooms were cleaned well, and some marks (crayons, scuffs, etc.) were removed from walls. Found cobwebs in two corners (there had been furniture there, so we'd not noticed it before that was moved). Did not clean vents, stovetop or top of fridge, which resulted in my having to pay $90 to the property management. Pretty disappointed in the work, considering what I paid and that they were there for 8 hours. The house had needed a good deep clean, but I was surprised that it took two people as long as it did. My prior housekeeper (who had moved away several months prior) would have completed much more work, more thoroughly and in half the time, at a much lower cost. <br /> <br />Update on 1/1/13: Owner just left a voicemail offering to refund a portion of the $270 I'd paid, due to the fees we were charged. I've also clarified some information in the above review and corrected the estimated price for service. <br />

They showed up ON TIME which is always a good start. We did a walk through first and I explained to them what I wanted done. The owner assured me it would be done right the first time and Id be very happy once they were through.Then they got right to work. They cleaned for four hours and did not take one break! They were very curtious and professional the entire time they cleaned. I cant believe how clean my house looked when they were finished! It was spotless and smelled clean as well. When they were finished the owner did a walk through with me and we went over the detailed cleaning list she gave me so Id know exactly what they did. I thought that was AWESOME. Best cleaning company Ive ever used! I highly recommend this company!!! I will definatly be using them again in the near future!!! <br />

Impeccable Cleaning Service showed up on time and they were very professional. They did an excellent job and I was very impressed. They provided a receipt and detailed cleaning list of everything that was done. I passed inspection with no problem! I got my full deposit back. I highly recommend them! They also sent me a thank you card which I thought was really cool. <br />
