Alan and his team were friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our weekend house. They left it sparkling and smelling great and even got in the nooks and crannies I didn't know were dirty! Very thorough. Will definitely use them again!

Alan and Diane are fantastic!! I am an indifferent housekeeper and we have had a lot of renovation work done, so the place needed a thorough scrubbing - windows, baseboards, the works. We also have very high ceilings in the livingroom, wood and stone surfaces in kitchen and bath, lots of windows, and open shelving. They took the time necessary to do it right, cleaning under and around all the little objects until all the cobwebs and dust and grime of years were GONE. They work very hard and with pride. They are now back every week to do bathrooms and kitchen, alternate upstairs and down. The house sparkles. I love it. Hire these guys. You will not be sorry

There are plenty of cleaning services out there, but Imperial is exceptional in terms of standards of cleanliness, reliability, care, and trustworthiness. Alan and Diane clean our home even when we are away and they always do a thorough job. They are great people, friendly but respectful of privacy, cleaning thoroughly but also efficiently. Alan and Dianne are an awesome team! My house has been under construction and was quite a mess. They both came to evaluate the job. After walking through the entire house - basement, first floor and second floor I was quoted a fair price. A week later Alan and Dianne arrived and got to work. They worked nonstop for 5 hours. Amazing job. My husband and I are really happy! The initial cleaning was $300 and $150 a week thereafter. Once the house is in order I'll be on an every other week schedule. A professional and helpful team with great tips! <br />

They did an excellent job. Allen and Diana were the ones that came and they were great. They gave us a senior discount which I thought was super. They were prompt and didn't ask unnecessary questions. They knew what to do and got to it right away. They moved everything and cleaned everywhere, very meticulous. I contacted Alan and he was very friendly and professional over the phone. He provided me with a reasonable estimate, and was available to come on short notice to deep clean our home. He and Dianne were thorough and we were so pleased with their work that we made a follow up appointment that day to clean our windows and insides of built in storage areas.
