Things couldn't have gone any smoother. They performed excellent work and were very attentive to my needs. I met with Joe on a Friday and he explained the packages he had along with showing me the quality of the video taken by their cameras. I was very impressed. I told him I would have to think it over so he gave me his business card along with his cell phone number. He also stated if I went with his company, installation could occur in about 2 weeks. The only issue I had was the 90-day warranty and the quarterly fee covering the equipment and labor. Joe and his supervisor quickly extended the warranty to 1-year and told me I could start paying the quarterly fee after the 1-year was up if I wanted to. After I signed the contract, I was pleasantly surprised to learn my installation would take place 5 days later. Joe and his installation crew arrived early and went over the installation plans. Joe stated he would call me when the installation was over to find out how if there were any problems. The crew worked tirelessly in the cold and their work was impeccable - not a wire in sight - and they did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris. After the installation, the crew installed the necessary software on my computer, tablet, and phone. After making sure I could operate the software on each device, they proceeded to show me how to record and export the recordings in the event I wanted to save them. Overall, I was very pleased with the work Joe and his installation crew performed. I will be highly recommending them to anyone in need of security cameras or alarms. They did an excellent job!!

They were very gracious. Dan, the owner, is very personable and knowledgeable.  He made some practical suggestions.  They came out as schedule.  They were prompt and efficient.  They came out a couple of times to meet my satisfaction.  Dan does an outstanding job.

All went very well.  They arrived with three workman and all were very nice.   There was an issue after they left with one of the contacts for a window, but they came out to fix it soon after they were notified.   <br />

While it took much longer than expected, this work was completed as expected.  Since installation we've had a few problems with camera motion detection sensitivity and the NVR stopping recording randomly, but these have been resolved by the vendor. <br /> <br />

It went very well. They were professional. They also setup our cell phones & our computers too.

Garrett came by and gave us a quote. We discussed wher the cameras would go, how well they worked at night and,whether we could depend on them in inclement weather. We discussed warranties,(1yr. material and labor). He also gave my husband a 10% senior discount. We liked what was presented and signed the agreement. On the first of two days this job took to do, Garrett showed up with his installers. He phoned when they were on the way. They went through the installation process with us and what they needed access to. Garrett left a short while later with the guys already at work.  For two days they climbed up and down the side of our building like Spiderman. I write this because there is only a three foot width between us and our neighbors property. They were polite, organized and neat, respectful to our neighbors.  At the end of the second day they showed me the basics of the DVR and monitor. How to program my phone and set up the laptop for remote viewing. There was a minor issue with the mac that we were unable to see all the cameras at once,only sequencially. After phoning Garrett, he assured us that a fix for the problem was forthcoming. He would phone us as soon as he had it.  And thats exactly what he did!  He came over installed the new program and spent well over an hour showing us how to work the DVR, back it up, etc.   Provided a copy of the manual also.  The system works well, no problems with bad weather to date. Good visibility in darkness, like the zoom feature. Gives me peace of mind.... <br />

After some initial problems, Imperial Surveillance went out of their way to make sure that I am happy with the service.

The two installers were efficient, worked the entire day installing everything, gave a demonstration at the end.   In addition, the salesman honored a contract sentence about setting up a personal cell phone with an app to download camera views from off side at any time.   The entire system has worked well.   No complaints.   Would use them again if additional work or servicing were necessary. <br />

5 cameras were installed as scheduled. 6th camera and change of DVR was done today. Most of the delay was due to my busy schedule. <br /> System is functioning well and Garrett has been very responsive to any questions and needs. He has also offered to come back and teach me how to operate the system as only my wife was at home during installation and training. <br /> I would recommend Garrett and his team anyday <br />

Dan Burress, the owner, had a very personable demeanor. He was also very knowledgable and good at providing suggestions. He was very easy to communicate with. I told them my objectives and he was very open to providing his thoughts and suggestions. Jason, the technician, was also very knowledgeable and a hard worker. He completed the installation very quickly and efficiently.

Not Applicable the company does not provide the services I was looking for but they were very friendly over the phone. <br />

Overall, my experience is always good.  Imaginably, the installers have run into issues at various locations due to the building structure or other unforeseen/unexpected issues.  Every time, they manage to get the job done without causing me a headache.  Imperial Surveillance's technicians and owners have always been prompt for meeting and installation dates.    <br /> <br /> Save yourself a headache and go with Imperial Surveillance! <br /> <br /> <br /> ****UPDATE****  1/9/13 <br /> <br /> I am back to write more about Imperial Surveillance!!! We're still working with them!  Garrett and Dan have been able to accomplish any task we've thrown at them!  Up to date, they've done Key FOB/door access control systems, security cameras, door buzzers, IP cameras, analog cameras and alarms!  I can't say enough about their prompt service and great customer relation skills!  Did I forget to mention the best "bang for your buck"?!  I wish all companies treated their customers the way Imperial Surveillance does!   Don't think twice about using these guys!

From the moment that Garrett (one of the owners), returned my call within the same day, I notice his good demeanor.  He visited our house and was very pleasant and answered all of our questions.  He is very patient and professional.  He is very articulate and offers suggestions without any pressure.  He does not offer any gimmicky promises.  He was patient while we took about 4 weeks to make a decision.  His pricing did not change from the initial quote.  His pricing was lower than another quote we received.  However, the key reason for selecting <strong>Imperial Surveillance</strong> was due to Garrett's good nature and honesty.  He is the type of guy that you can trust in walking all around your house during installation.  The installation date was set and he arrived a few minutes early with his partner.  He walked us around the house and explained how and where all of the cables would be running.  Our house is a split level and therefore they needed to enter through 3 different attics in order to install all 6 cameras.  There was no additional charge for the multiple attics.  We participated in the final adjustments of the camera angles and the desired clarity.  We did apply for a permanent IP address from our network company for a nominal monthly fee ($10).  This allows for the cameras to have a constant signal for viewing and recording purposes.  We can receive full (live) views of all 6 cameras from our home computers, iPhones, iPad and from our daughter's iPod Touch using the " <em>in home</em>" or " <em>away</em>" networks.  The best thing about having the cameras installed is that it is a one time purchase.  There are no monthly fees except for the permanent IP address.  The job was completed in approx. 6 hours.  They left everything neat and tidy.  The guys are extremely knowledgeable about the installation and the networking systems.  We now have 6 beautifully installed cameras with no visible cable lines.  Thanks to Garrett and his company we are thrilled to have our new cameras in place and love checking on the house while we're away.  We love having a peace of mind!
