"I was called to get an old irrigation system up and running again . The only things that were fixed in our agreement were replacing all of the irrigation valves in the system adding a new timer and replacing old irrigation heads and whatever breaks once system gets running we went through the entire system and all zones after everything was repaired she was happy and paid me . I also explained to the customer that she should get a new system installed because the system was old and looked as if it was not ran in over 20 years I gave her a price for a new system and a price just to get the system back running again I also explained that with the system being so old it could cause breaks in one of the zones in the future because old pipes do tend to break over time if they are not replaced the price that she is saying that she wants is the actual price that I gave her to replace the whole system but she never wanted a new system she just went a cheaper route . Now when it comes to a leak yes there was a leak in one of the zones because one of the old pipes on the irrigation side exploded about a few weeks after i repaired the system she called me I came out took a look and gave her a price to fix that leak and I also unplugged the clock so that the irrigation would not turn on until i got back with her to repair it for her and explained I did say that I would let here know when I would be able to come out and fix it but I never got back with her because I had lots of customers that i was already on jobs with and i had to finish so yes i was very busy at that time and it slipped my mind . So she finally called me again stating that her water bill went up and I came out to see what was really going on I explained that the irrigation system was not running because I unplugged it the last time I came out so i suggested that she contact the city of Deltona may be it was a leak on the city's side . I waked around the entire property and their were no leaks or washouts and no wet spots in her lawn at all whatsoever she walked around with me around the whole lawn that day still could not find a leak so I left . She called me again stating that the city said it was on her end at that point I did not know what else to say because the irrigation system was still not running at all because it still was not plugged in also there were no leaks from anything on my end . To help people understand irrigation does not run unless it is turned on by the clock or on the timer if the valves are closed and the irrigation clock is unplugged how can it leak if the system has no live water running to a zone in the irrigation system. I do know that she was having a lot of work done around her home at the time I got her system running she had pool construction going on and also a new retaining wall being installed and trees removed by someone else around the same time . Maybe she is just wanting to fault my company or she just really dont know or maybe she just want money I do not know at this point . It's been almost 10 months and now I have a complaint from her out of the blue also she has my email so how couldn't she contact me this is not ok I don't seem to understand why do certain people try to ruin the lives of others because they can't get things done for free of cost and again I only was paid to get her system back running that's it and that was the agreement"

"I’m sorry but on the receipt provided it says no refunds on deposits . I’m sorry we could not provide the sod installation on time due to my mother passing on the week we were supposed to install .work was performed at your home we installed the irrigation system also . You hired another company to install sod after irrigation installation and grading was done by us.the reason we were a week behind is due to my mother passing but you did not have patience or any care for someone losing their mother .to keep this short and simple for future purposes never hire a new landscaper while in the middle of contract with another and expect a refund just because you wanted to rush your job because it’[Member Information Removed] the week before Christmas . It’[Member Information Removed] a shame that people will try to ruin a reputation of a company just because they could not have their way by the way Ho Ho Ho !!! Merry Christmas"
