Carlos and his guys did a great job. Price was fair and it came out great. Was completed before scheduled date.

Poor time management. Never showed up when he said-at times it was 3-4 hours later and even not at all. I have been waiting for a handrail that was claimed to be in 2 weeks ago, has not installed to date. Made multiple contact with no response. I have a guardrail that was not installed properly and steps so we have to repair them and it is literally been a couple of weeks. We were hoping he would want the extra work that we are looking forward to doing for our backyard but I will NOT be working with Carlos and his team again. Disappointed in the time management and now the quality is questionable at best.

I had phone troubles the last two weeks I did however send one of my guys on two separate occasions to install the handrail but there was no answer at your door and due to the dog he did not feel comfortable installing it alone. Also it was not poor time management. My team and I completed your project within the time we had agreed upon The handrail was added after we had completed the deck and was not paid for. it was an extra I Was going to do as a show of good faith. I do still have the handrail and would be more than happy to send a guy out to take care of it. I would never leave one of my customers in the wind. I really Would like to remedy the situation and make you guy happy so you can enjoy your new deck for many years to come. Again I apologize for the late response Thank You"

Excellent!! The gate is exactly what I asked for and it was made with attractive seasoned hand stained wood. It is very sturdy. Quality iron work pieces were added for long life usage. The gate is a statement of quality and adds value to my home's worth. I am very pleased with Carlos and his workmanship.
