Improve ME

I purchased 2 new storm doors from Hammond lumber Fairfield maine.. Jason Hillard told me they were not the doors he had ordered for me but they would fit and I would get a refund for the difference in price. Jason installed them on my new mobile home. They leak and do not fit properly. Both doors are warped and don't fit properly.. He also bought skirting for 380.00 and cut the peices up and stuck them under my home. They are not usable as I have a gas furnace and need the skirting to be vented as it is already on my home. The cost was 380.00 for the skirting again thru Hammond lumber in Fairfield. Installation 600.00. For skirting.600.00 for installing the doors as well. He told me that Hammond lumber in Fairfield, maine gave him the wrong doors but that they would fit my frames. Hammond lumber gave me a refund for 308.00 the difference between what I paid for for the wrong doors.. I called Jason Hillard he tried to caulk the outsides of both doors when he saw all the leaks when came back to look at them. About 2 wks after installation. The doors can not be returned. I've sent messages to Jason hillard at improveME via text. I didn't hear from him for a few days. Angi sent a email to him. He responded to me that he was having a custom piece cut for my leaking doors. I do not want these doors as they are not what he ordered and they will freeze shut. He put 5 prices of skirting on a cut the rest of the prices and put them under the home stating they were too tight for him to put on. The owner of the park says I can't use that skirting as I hav a gas furnace and it needs the vented skirting that's already on the home. Since I replied to Jason message ( days after he said he would be in touch) and only after angi sent him an email. He said he was having a peice cut for the leaking doors. Since then I have not heard any thing. Ive been blocked from his site. Improve.maine@ yahoo.com. is his email. Excellent! They were professional and had a very good cost. They knew what their doing and no hesitation. I would recommend them to all.

I needed 2 windows replaced, I had multiple window companies say it could not be done without removing the siding. Improve ME said he could do it, the windows are installed and I’m very happy.
