"This was a fun project. Thanks a bunch. I still need to come and get final pics. Merry Christmas."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], we apologize for the mix-up however we just don't have a record of someone speaking to you. If you could please give us a call at 719-822-1890 and we would like to get this taken care of for you. Also if you could email us a copy of your request that you paid for. you should have a copy of the package you purchased. Please send that to us so we can get you taken care of. ( This an additional response since the response above. We got everything straight with customer and was able to do what he needed for the restoration big deal and also so a deck rebuild on top of that which they were pleased with. Customer stated they would change review but I guess they forgot."
"Thank you ma'am. We're glad we could get you taken care of. We look forward to helping you out with your kitchen in the spring."
"We apologize that your experience with us was not the best. We would be open to how we could make it up to you. With that being said it's important to uderstand that when you purchase hours you only get what the time will allow, which we explained. Your goal was to try to Finish what a previous contractor did not. So in this case a customer has to be committed to pay for the time it takes to get to a desired end. We even worked extra time at no cost. We knew it would take more time than you and your partners were wanting to invest. Which we explained to you. So we did what we could in the time allowed that you purchased. Hope things go better for you with future projects."
"(THIS IS NOT A PROJECT WHERE WE PERFORMED WORK, IT WAS JUST FOR A 3D RENDERING) Please understand that the design is not made to be the final product. It's just to give you an idea of the change of layout. As for the F on responsiveness, we contact you very quickly and call and left numerous messages after completing your design so we could meet. After not hearing back from you we finally just emailed it. We apologize if you didn't like design but that's why we meet with customers to go over it. Thanks anyway for the opportunity."
"We apologize for your experience going the way it did. However when John spoke to you did not mention there were any issues and that you were happy with the service provided. We DON'T tolerate any drinking on the job or prior to going on a job. We will definitely look into that. As for the work and prices those were the terms you agreed to when you purchased the deal from Angieslist. You get the hours paid for and we get as much done in that time. Our guy gave you what he thought would take to complete the extra work. However we do apologize for the delay on getting back with you. It has been a very busy season. We wI'll make sure you get a call from John."
"It was our pleasure to serve you."
"We appreciate you and look forward to working with you on your next project."
"Thanks Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We'll see you Monday to get stated on the next phase."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] we are sorry to hear this response. However we have reached out to your daughter for whom the project is for. She just let us know she was ready to move forward last week. So we reached out to her again. So we're not robbing you at all. You all stated you were not ready move forward yet when someone came out. We apologize for the misunderstanding and miscommunication. Like i said we have reached out to your daughter since she was the one who left the message with us that they were ready to move forward. If you have any questions please give us a call."
"Thank you for your response. We appreciate being able to serve you. Youre right it was a one time deal to lose the check. Thats why we were ready to pay any fees. We look forward to working with you on future projects."
"Thanks, Mr. [Member Name Removed]. let us know if there anything else we can do for you."
"Thank you Ms. [Member Name Removed]. We appreciate you and Mr. [Member Name Removed]. The owner John said he enjoyed working with you all."
"Glad we could get you taken of and thank you all so much for allowing us to serve you. We look forward to working with you in the future."
