I wish I could give Joe 10 stars! He built an enclosed porch on the back of my house including deck, railing and stairs. He did an amazing job! He is very professional, very detail-oriented and takes great pride in his work! Highly recommend him!

If you have a project, talk to Joe — we truly can't recommend him enough. I’m Your Joe finished our basement, and we were so impressed with the results that we hired him to rebuild our deck as well. His pricing is in line with competitors, but the quality of work and materials is by far superior, meaning you get much more for your investment. Joe delivers exactly what you ask for and often suggests options you didn’t even realize you wanted. He consistently under-promises and over-delivers, does all the work himself, and operates as a true small, local family business. Joe will be our first call for our own future renovation projects, and we will absolutely be recommending him to our neighbors, family and friends. 10/10

what a great contractor and person. the job was cleaned and swept every night before leaving, tools arranged in a spot, communicated next day work, accepted owner looking at work, he asked questions for light placements and/or minor changes to design. I AM going to use him again and you should too!

Joe was amazing from the very beginning! He noticed and fixed a few things our builders had done, always showed up on time, worked long hours, and completed our project in just 18 days. His communication was excellent, and his work ethic was outstanding. I highly recommend him!

After getting several estimates to finish about 900 sq. ft of our basement, including a bathroom and bar area, we went with "I'm Your Joe." Joe's pricing and reviews were excellent and we have absolutely no regrets. Joe's work ethic is outstanding. He is punctual, puts in a long hard day, keeps a clean work space, and finished on time. In Joe's words, "I'll do things in your home the way I would do them in mine." He is also quick to return texts or phone calls. Joe does not use subcontractors; he has the skills to do it all. As sometimes happens, we asked for some changes and he smoothly accommodated them. We asked him to do some additional tasks in our home which were outside the original scope of work, and he was able to fit those in as well. Finally, we were comfortable having Joe work in our home even when we were not there. We highly recommend "I'm Your Joe."

Joe did a great job with my vision I had to lower my ceilings and redo allot of drywall. He kept me informed of the progress and would clean up his area at the end of the day. Looking forward to doing the next project with him. Thanks Joe

Excellent experience! Joe was amazing to work with. My project was to remodel my basement - to build media room and bathroom. His estimates were good for my project and he completed the work in time! Very rare I have seen such work getting completing on time, so getting my project completed on time was a pleasant surprise. His work is top notch and we are very happy with everything. He is very friendly and will ensure you are extremely satisfied. Comes up with innovative ideas and I like that he suggests the changes which are good. Materials used by him are top quality and high end products. He doesn’t cut corners on materials. I will be recommending him to anyone wants to do basement, deck etc work.
