We hired Incadeck to repair the stairs to our back deck and porch. We were very impressed by the quality of their workmanship. Their quote was very reasonable, and Mr. Seminario was able to identify the issues with the existing structure pretty quickly and accurately suggest the required repairs. The work was completed satisfactorily, on-time, and the workmen removed all the debris from the demolition of the earlier structure. He gave us an estimate; he came when he was supposed to come. He completed the job in a very satisfactory manner. We will hire him again.

I am satisfied with the drywall and the leak we had may now be fixed. However the tile work he did was not good (even after he redid it) He was over anxious to be paid at each step even before he completed the step. He never provided a valid contract and his price was one of the highest. I would not use him again but it was NOT a nightmare experience. They are bonded and can be trusted in the house.

Project turned out great and on-budget. Only frustration was with timing. It took longer than estimated.

These People are just great. I will use them for all the projects I have around the house -- they are not only very good at what they do, they are incredibly pleasant people. I am just delighted. The work is really good, they made the schedule (which was tight), and I couldn't be more pleased. The only reason I gave them a "good" on cleanup was because the sanding made such fine dust, that it slipped past the closed door and plastic they had put over the door. I don't see how they could avoid that. Thanks so much!! He remodeled our bedroom and put in two new windows. At first, everything was fine, although a little disorganized. The work was good. When he left, a third window on the adjoining wall was incompletely framed, so that we couldn't open it more than a few inches, and there were open spaces around the window that were very drafty. He promised to come back and finish it. From November 2006 to March 2007 we kept trying to set up times -- on probably 10 plus occasions he didn't show up, and twice I had to cancel, then finally he just stopped returning my calls. For three months he didn't return my calls. Finally, I called Service Magic to complain, and they got him to come and finish the window. (Thank goodness!) There was another problem that did not reach a good conclusion -- Luis is nice, but very disorganized, and I just can't recommend him.

Construction completed in a highly professional manner. The deck is excellent, and we have received a lot of comments from the neighbors on how well it is built, and how it fits the house. I would certainly use INCADECK again.

We were so impressed with the quality of work, flexibility and professionalism that we have decided to hire this same company to complete another project, a Major Addition on our home including complete remodeling of the kitchen, dining room and basement.
