We treat for all types of insects, i.e., ants, bees, bedbugs, cockroaches, beetles, carpenter ants, and then we also treat for small rodents. Since then I have decided to look into other options only because I am looking to save a little money at this time and find better pricing. The pricing has gone up a tad bit and it is worth it with this company and they perform very well. I do highly recommend them to others and will continue to hire them in the future.

"Thank you for your interest in our company. However through many failed attempts to contact the customer, via email, angieslist and phone calls, we were unable to setup any sort of appointment. After finally getting a hold of the customer, after 4 days she had canceled and had her money completely refunded. I apologize for any inconvenience, had we been able to set something up, I am positive you would have been satisfied with our services."

I have a major ant infestation at my house and after many attempts at getting rid of them myself, I called Independent Pest Control. When I called, I was able to get an appointment and they came out right away. After 3 attempts, my infestation was gone! I managed to be ant-free for over 1 year after the final spray. Even though we had to spray multiple times, we never had a problem getting an appointment and until we were completely satisfied, they were willing to fix the problem. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who has any sort of pest problem. <br />

The ants were gone for a while, then I saw signs of activity again, and they came back at no charge. I think I'll have to have them sprayed annually, because there must be a big colony burrowed under my foundation. I plan to call Independent Pest again this Spring. <br />

Mike and his sons set and baited traps for removing squirrels during my garden tending season. Although I realize that it is senseless to trap squirrels because others will replace them instantly, I cannot abide the destructiveness of those that have become accustomed to our yard. Not only were several squirrels removed, but two skunks had the misfortune to go after the squirrel bait; and they, too, were removed speedily. This was a small job for this company, which is often called for larger pest control and animal removal projects, but they gave us the needed attention--even coming on a Sunday to re-bait the traps. Mike even offered us a bonus because of our continuing calls for service. This is a family business and all family members have the same work ethic, expertise, pleasantness, professionalism, and courtesy. <br />

To guys came and found 2 places were ants were getting in and not only sprayed but also put some traps down to make sure they wouldn't come back. The were great at explaining everything and i was able to get an appointment right away. <br />

The two IPC employees explained what kind of ants they are, where the ants were getting into my home, and what IPC was going to do to get rid of them. The ants were gone in less than a day. The IPC employees were very friendly and professional. <br />

It was great. I was able to contact them the day that I purchased it and I was able to schedule it. They were here very quickly. I have no more ants and no more spiders. They were on time, very professional, and very nice. I would use them again.

We were so pleased with this company. <br /> We have used other companies in the past to remove the squirrels. Those companies were very expensive and there service only average. <br /> This was our first experience with LPC and it was positive. <br /> The owner was very responsive to our calls and prompt. He was also friendly. <br /> He gave us a quote, a very reasonable price, and that is exactly what we paid. <br /> It has been almost a month, and we have had no more squirrels. <br /> Over-all, we grade IPC an A+. <br />

The exterminator was punctual, polite, professional, offered helpful advice, and said that his next visit, which should occur around June, would also cost the same as the Introductory price. I was very impressed with his friendly and down-to-earth manner. Additionally, his business is locally owned and operated. <br />

We like supporting a local company rather than dealing with a national company, who refers customers to call centers not located in the state. The owner of Independent Pest Control, Michael Diaz, is personable and seems to know his bugs, their seasonal cycles, and the most effective (yet safe) chemicals. We've noticed over the last year that we have fewer insects inside the house, and Michael says he can make return visits if necessary before the scheduled quarterly visit. In addition, Michael is low key and hasn't tried to sell us any unnecessary services. He's punctual in scheduling service and comes at the appointed time. We are very satisfied with the work that he completes and would recommend him to others.

They were very prompt in getting back to us via phone and for the appointment. When our problem reoccurred several times they were very good about retreating the areas without extra charge to us. They didn’t do the same thing each time, they tried different things until it worked. They are great to work with! They are very, very nice people and tolerant. They were kind in dealing with my frustrations of having bugs in my home. I will most definitely continue to use them in the future.
