Frank and his team were very friendly and kind. They were on time and called me when they there was a change in plans. The main reason I rated them lower was on price. After talking to several smaller contractors, they suggested that mold remediation could be done in a less costly way. If you want a team that will be courteous, get the job done on time and professionally, they are very good. <br />

prompt, no complaints other than price. This damage was covered by my insurance and they were required to adjust the bill to industry standards otherwise I would have been overcharged. <br />

<p>They couldn't have been more accommodating and nice from my very first interaction through to the last interaction. They came out when they said they were going to, kept a very clean worksite, and the attention to detail on the installation was excellent. We wound up ordering everything from Lowes so had to manage delivery, in retrospect, I would have let Indy Restoration do it all but they were very helpful and got out as quickly as possible to get everything done. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. </p> <br />

These guys are fantastic. Our sump pump failed leading to a wet basement. We noticed the damage on a Sunday evening. Clayton and Jacob (I believe) came out here on a Sunday night at about 930pm and stayed until midnight setting up their drying equipment. They were smiling, friendly and professional, never once complaining about being out late on a Sunday night. Over the course of the next week, 2-3 crew members arrived daily to check on the status of the basement. When the basement was dry they cleaned the carpets and made a few repairs. They truly were one of the most professional, reliable companies that I have ever used for anything. They made a very stressful process much easier. Thank you to John, Clayton, Jacob, Edfie, Mitch, Chantz and whoever else I missed. I hope I never need to use you guys again, but if I need to, I would not hesitate. <br />

While one of the gentlemen, Max, had advised patrons not to park near the sidewalk due to the fact that they would most likely have debris on their car, many of them parked there anyway. Like Max had suspected, the side of the cars were eventually covered with dirty water from the pressure washing they were hired to do. Although, I'm positive that the contract and duties of the job did not include wiping down cars on the sidewalk, Max went above and beyond and took it upon himself to make sure that the cars were as clean, if not cleaner, than when they got there. I found it incredibly rare that an employee would do such a thing but even more impressive that he did so even after he advised them not to park there. This simple act of kindness and utmost professional behavior will cause Indiana Restoration to forever resonate in my mind, in an incredibly impressive manner. I hope the owners appreciate what an outstanding employee they have working with their customers and do their best to replicate his characteristics within the rest of their staff. <br />

The customer experience with this company was above and beyond and off the scale. I dealt with John and Chance and even though our request was last minute, they fit us in at the end of the day. When they ran into the painters working in the same upstairs bedroom, they came back the next morning at 6am to finish the carpets before the movers arrived at noon. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOP QUALITY WORK!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <br />

<p>Indiana Restoration cleaned the carpets in our home. There was a lot of white carpet that had not been cleaned in many years and they took their timeto make sure it all came clean. H&M is basically 2 two man team, who hire helpers under their supervision. Harry is super, and if he is on site, you will be pleased. His partner is less detail oriented, and more speed centered, so if fast is your priority, the partner is your man. If having your contents logically arranged, and stored, Harry is the guy to get. <br /> The job was done for the quoted amount, and the cleaning part of it was great. The items put in place by the partner were haphazard, but the part that Harry did was outstanding. <br />

The people from Indiana Restoration were amazing. I had never had to hire a contractor before the devastating house fire in the home I grew up in, but Mitch was great and helped me every step of the way. I felt a little sorry for him actually, since I was so apprehensive about everything at first. And due to the fact that my insurance company was way less than helpful and causing my already high stress level to climb even further, he helped calm my frazzled nerves. Kyle and his crew were amazing as well. Kyle stayed in touch with me several times a week throughout the process and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process. They did a fantastic job of restoring the home to its original beauty, even down to duplicating and matching the woodwork that just isn't made like that any longer. They guaranteed there would be no smoke smell after the restoration and they were true to that guarantee. The office staff and all the workers were friendly and professional. They made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. And even though I never want to go through another fire in my lifetime, if I ever need any type of construction done on a home, I will definitely be using them. <br />

and unI called for help when most of the city was calling for help. A rep was out the next day to a**** the damage from a frozen/burst pipe. In the mean time an ice dam had formed and caused a lot of damage to a newly renovated room. The thing that impressed me the most was getting the paint to match. I had a can but it had dried out. The painter took a chip from the wall and I got a perfect match. The company was great especially considering all the calls they were getting about ice and water damage. The crew was professional and worked hard. <br />

<p>They always showed up when they said they would. Did a really nice job for a reasonable price. </p> <p>The dry out was done immediately, but we waited for better weather to get the repair work done because it was in the garage and the doors needed to be open for some of it. </p> <p>The guys did a great job of putting my garage ceiling back together. They blended the ceiling texture and you can't tell where it was repaired.</p> <br />
