Bob gave me a quote in October 2020, and he did his best to honor that quote in May!! Prices go up, so I knew the price from October would not be the new price, BUT I was surprised it wasn't too high! Communication was great, almost always got a text/call back right away, other times, maybe a couple of hours. When the door was finally installed, had to special order it, front door was great, storm door needed 2 visits. Which I was fine with! After 2nd visit, I HAD A FINE LOOKING FRONT DOOR, WHICH WAS COMPLIMENTED WITH A FINE LOOKING STORM/SCREEN DOOR! I have every intention on calling on Bob with my next project! I wish him the best, and hope to see him soon.

Siding and Windows

I called Robert at 7:00AM after noticing a water stain on my ceiling. He was here by 3:00PM the same day to evaluate. He returned the next day and resolved the issue. He documented the issue with a photo and clearly explained what he did to fix the problem. I plan on using him again for other projects. Very happy with the service and the price.

The siding job is fine, but they had to remove some shutters from windows and they took them, I contacted Robert several times and he said he had them and would return them, but never did. Not happy. He also did not where a mask, came in my house, a when I was looking for my checkbook to pay him, he literally followed me around even to my bedroom it made me very uncomfortable.

Crew started first thing in the morning and finished same day! Workers were focused and careful.

Rob did an awesome job!! They were so quick to respond and he came out to the job the same day. I will absolutely use them again!!

Two guys came on time to provide a free estimate. They looked at the screen door track I had problem with and suggested a quick fix that will work instead of trying to replace the track. I brought up a window problem and they quickly fixed that too for a reasonable charge. Overall, it went well.

Thief and liar!!!! This has been a nightmare. He came out and said he could do my two doors for $2200 the next day and needed half upfront. I paid him immediately because we only had a screen door in the back it was getting cold and that didn’t feel safe I was so happy we were finally getting a door and we were going to get more more complicated front door project addressed as well!!! He told me that would include the doors as well 900 for both doors combined 1300 for the labor the majority of which would be going to the front door at the more complicated job! A month later I still didn’t have doors he then said it would cost twice as much I repeatedly told him just give me my money back it got colder and colder I’m a widow with two little girls and we were freezing!!! I told him several nights we had to stay somewhere else and I begged him just to return my money so I could hire someone else and get the doors!!! Said he could do it for twice as much this is after multiple times where it took him days to get back to me and there were so many different excuses. I said I can’t afford twice as much then he said maybe if I could find a vintage door because these were not standard size doors a fact he as an alleged expert was aware of from the beginning I assumed he had connections to make it work - so I did on my own then he lied and said he was communicating with the guy to pick it up for me but the guy was like this guy has never even talked to me but he felt bad for me so he delivered it to me himself so I called Bobby again and said just give me my money back my brother will put the back door in that was the most pressing issue as I didn’t have a proper door and it was freezing out but he says he still wants to do the job and so he shows up without masks with a guy who seemed like he had an active drug problem - they were here for a couple of hours but had to run to “Home Depot” multiple times though I kind of think maybe they were doing something else in the van because Home Depot is 10 minutes away each way and one time they were only gone for 10 minutes total... They put in the vintage door even I bought and paid for even though he took money to buy doors he never bought and though I said my brother would do it and I was done with him (at this point he had stopped even answering my text messages asking about the front door which was 75% of the work to begin with and the much larger portion of the job and the expense) they destroyed my deck and my house leaving paint debris, wood and bolts and screws everywhere and they cracked the door frame - which is insane because he is supposed to be a professional and when I asked him what I was supposed to do about it he was like “yeah you’re gonna need to replace that” I’m like isn’t that your job you destroyed my frame installing the door??? I was standing there staring at him asking him about my broken door and it’s like he was blasted out of his mind like yup the door is broken I’m like you broke it - standing in debris all over my deck and in my kitchen because the door goes into my kitchen and then they just wandered off and I guess were “done” - it is the most surreal thing I’ve ever experienced!!! I have photos and text screenshots of all of this and then just left my house destroyed and I had to have somebody else come in and put the door in properly and fix the damage they did to the frame. I think he’s scary and sketchy so I said look you can keep $300 for the work you did just give me back 800 of the 1100 I’ve already paid you and we can just be done here I won’t review you I won’t show anyone the photos I’ll just walk away and he refused he said he’s keeping all of it which is thievery!!! It seems like he has a drug problem or something and maybe he once was legit but he certainly has a theft problem I don’t know if maybe he had it together before and now he doesn’t but he is sketchy and terrifying and if I wasn’t so broke I wouldn’t even leave this review because I am absolutely worried that harm will come to me and my children because I did he is that gross!!! But I would feel worse if anybody else was robbed by this monster!!! And I will also be taking him to court for the full amount he owes me and the damages and contacting the Better Business Bureau nobody should be taken advantage of by this thief and monster!!!

Robert was very responsive and professional! We called Thursday and our doorframe was fixed by Friday night. Would definitely recommend

The crew was great. They called ahead of time to make sure the day of the replacement was good for me. The work was excellent. They cleaned up my yard and left it the way they found it. I could not be more pleased with this construction company.

Rob and his guys did everything they said they would do. With so many folks taking advantage of lowered interest rates and refinancing to do remodeling, Rob already had a full list of customers contracted. We knew we would have to wait...but the work was worth it. Crew was friendly and professional. Really happy with the work.

The skylight was expertly done. Now the company is residing the house - also expertly done. We have signed contracts for a new front door and for a new deck. They are a gem.

He offered a fair price for 3 sliders and pellet stove installation. The crew was friendly, knowledgable and got right to work. They were able to accomplish everything in 1 day!
