Write a ReviewDavid and Sam walked us through every step of our remodeling. Bathrooms gutted, totally redone. David helped choose everything from tiling to countertops. Subs came when promised, which is a big thing! We canâ t be more pleased. We were so lucky to have chosen a great contractor!
They dealt with and resolved the multitude of issues that pop-up during remodels. SAM AND DAVE were great and their cabinet, plumbing, electeical, counter and painting people were top notch
First class professional contractor. Knows what to do technically and makes sure that's what happens. Communicates frequently about his activities and schedules. Responds quickly to questions or concerns. Has skilled craftrsman that are friendly, proficient, and considerate of your home . We had some tricky and unusual aspects to our project that were handled very well without fuss. Our friends are awe struck by our Master Bath remodel project and are rushing to hire him for their projects.
We live in Michigan and hired Pinto Remodeling based on a referral. Sam kept us up to date with videos and pictures every step of the way. We put 100% trust in him and his crew and they delivered. Itâ s difficult enough to live through a construction project but being 1,400 miles away added another layer of complexity. Iâ m so grateful we had Sam to guide us through and help with critical design decisions.
We hired Pinto Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The craftsmen (and women) were skilled, friendly and neat. Our main contact was Sam, who is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and warm person and was available anytime for questions and advice. We would not hesitate to hire Pinto Remodeling again.
We're thrilled with the results of our condo renovation by Pinto Remodeling. Sam and his team were highly organized, and we value their dedication to establishing clear start and end dates for the project.
We have built and remodeled 5 homes and have worked with many contractors, so we were experienced going into this remodel project . Never before have we worked with such an attentive and amicable contractor as Sam Pinto. From the start, we knew he was different. He listened to our needs and wants and throughout the 3 month project, he went above and beyond any expectations we had. His intent was to satisfy, to make the process easy and to make our remodel dreams come true. All his crews ( demo, electrical, plumbing, tilers, painters etc) were respectful of our property, hard working and left our home neat and clean. The quality of the work is exceptional. There was steady work at the house, workers showed up daily and Sam kept a close watch to oversee things. The most remarkable thing for us, was that he finished the job in the time frame which we agreed to at the start. We had a large remodel, every room was changed in some way, and we are amazed at how there is nothing that we are dissatisfied with. We would highly recommend Pinto Remodeling and we plan on using them again in the future. Keep up the good work Sam, you are top notch!!
Naples Florida: Sam insisted that our existing floor (900 sf) had to be removed because it was not level. Part way through they decided that the 2 bedrooms would not be removed-they turned out the best of all. When they were demolishing the floors they damaged the subfloor in numerous spots and the insulation below. Some of the holes went into the crawl space. Then, after demo, he said it would be $6700 to fix it. He even tried to charge for the demo of the 2 rooms where the old floors remained. There was dust everywhere. We had to do much of the moving of furniture ourselves. In spite of saying it had to be level (in fact MFG instructions called for level within 1/4 inch in 4 feet) as justification for the demo there are spots where it is a full inch out of level over 4 feet. Not only that, every time I walk on it I am reminded of Sam with his great personality charming the heck out of my wife. The floor creaks due to no prep of subfloor and no expansion gap left at edges of this floating floor. I admit he is personable but that makes it even worse. I do not know how he got so many good reviews (that was the reason we went with him) but be careful. Update: It turns out the entire job will have to be redone. Removal of LVT etc. The Durock was improperly supported. They used drywall screws to attach it to the particle board subfloor and the damage they caused was improperly framed when they tried to fix it. The LVT can't be reused and we are out thousands of dollars.
We would highly recommend Pinto Remodeling. They completely renovated two bathrooms. In addition to being a great contractor, Sam Pinto is also a designer. His workmanship was outstanding! Sam was with us through every phase of the project from picking out the materials to the placement of the towel racks and toilet paper holders. Anytime we contacted Sam, he would call us back immediately. Sam became more than just a contractor; he became a friend.
Sam is a rare contractor in Florida. He is prompt, returns all communications in a timely fashion, and is honest and fair. His employees were very clean, neat, polite, and talented. We love our bathroom remodel!! Yes, we can recommend this company.
