They were extremely honest. They re obviously the pros at what I hired them to do. I could see where they could have exaggerated the issue I had and I would not have know. They actually told me that my issue was lesser and as such the cost was much less than the original quote. I had described the damage before they came out because I wanted an approximate cost.

Very professional and easy to work with!

We had a water heater break and a plumbing pipe leak flooding our basement a few weeks after we moved in. We got the water up, but not before mold spores engulfed the basement. This company worked with our budget and even removed an old couch and some carpeting full of mold. They saved the dry wall and only a little of the floor moldings had to be removed. Afterwards they "bombed" the whole house with the de-molding agent. When we returned to the house, they effect was immediate -- it smelled like spring in the house. It was fantastic. Great company!

Glen inspected a house we are purchasing. I accidentally left my purse in the house and Glen came back to let us in with the key box code. He was really sweet about it too.

Glenn is great, I would hire him for any project. I originally hired a dishonest contractor that basically wasted my time for over a month and tried to get me to do unnecessary work. After getting fed up I decided to do some cleanup work myself and look for someone else to provide an honest opinion on the air quality in my home. I called Glenn, he came on time even though he was driving from over an hour away from my property during rush hour. He spent two hours walking around my home and answering all the questions that I had, he then said that I already did everything correctly, he did not try to sell me other services like my other contractor was doing, he was sincere and honest. He said he will come out in a few days to complete the air quality test and I should have the results within 5 days. Everything he promised he delivered. I had a very sensitive situation because I had to provide the results to my city. Glenn did everything to make me feel comfortable and guaranteed me that everything I already did was correct. Glenn did save me a lot of money and time as I was going to continue doing the work that my other contractor was trying to get me to do. I would recommend his services to anyone, he is honest and trustworthy. Unfortunately, you can't say that about a lot of contractors these days. I wished I would have hired Glenn originally, I would have had a lot less stress and could have kept the $1500 I spend with the other contractor for unnecessary work.

Glenn Schramm was very knowledgeable about mold removal. He was very prompt with his estimate and very prompt with the work done. I feel he was honest and trustworthy. He returned to my home to retreat some mold that I discovered after my basement foundation was repaired. There was no extra charge which was refreshing. I have recommended this company to my friend who was also having mold problems.
