Very good. Lou's inspection of heater showed cracks in exchanger. Discussed options and his recommendation of a Rheem was accepted and since the A/C was over 8 years old I decided to go with a complete replacement with a well known brand. Installed and is warm in the cold weather and cool in the summer. Very happy with the unit as well as with Lou.

He didn't do the job because he doesn't have a ladder even though I informed him unit is on the roof. so I paid, got no service and that was that. complained to Angie's List and they told me tough, I lose the money it was over 30 days. they wrote me a couple of nasty e-mails which I found offensive. And I pay for there service, and got nothing, not good.

You agreed to have us perform a water heater flush in place of the tune-up and we did complete the service, We also suggested 2 companies that you might contact as they do provide commercial HVAC services and their trucks will be equipped to access your unusually tall roof. Indoor Comfort properly identified the need for a replacement furnace (the existing unit was about 40 years old). The replacement installation identified significant safety feature and efficiency upgrades. The installation was scheduled although it had to be delayed a bit due to a short back order on the new unit; during this delay, the communication with Indoor Comfort was excellent. Once scheduled, the installation was quick, very clean, and very professionally done. My expectations for cleanliness and craftsmanship are very high, and Indoor Comfort crew clearly met those expectations. Lou, from Indoor Comfort, did a follow-up inspection to assure our satisfaction and then called again later to make sure the unit was working properly. Great job!

The owner/operator came out and visually looked at the heater and informed us that it was old. When we asked him about the safety inspection he informed us that he simply came out to assess that the pilot was lit. He was very rude, only interested in selling us a new heating unit and had no interest in performing the 5-point inspection service as advertised. Would not recommend this company at all.

Lou has been servicing my heater unit for a couple of years now. He is very knowledgeable, and is a consummate pro. Back then he recommended a UV light for my heater to help battle allergy issues. It was an excellent call as it has helped noticeably. Lou's competitive pricing also is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort for your furnace servicing.

Perfect. The installer was neat and tidy. Cleaned up well. They delivered the HVAC the evening befor and even moved stuff I’m my garage to make sure I could still park inside. They went above and beyond.
