Indoor Air Quality Testing
James came to my home and did a thorough job testing, and was a pleasure to work with. Upon leaving, I asked about a follow up discussion with him after I receive my results. He affirmed that that is what they do. A couple of days later I received my report. There were some air quality issues and so I definitely wanted to speak to James or someone on their team for full clarification and also get any suggestions on how to remedy the problems.
I contacted Indoor Doctor and asked that James call me so we could have a phone discussion. I then received a text from Rachel that James would contact me the next day, which was May 1. James was cc'd also. I did not receive a call so I waited until the following Monday, and still no call. I made a couple more attempts and I called their office and was told no one was available to speak to but they would get back to me. That never happened.
It's pretty evident that they are avoiding me and I have no idea why.

I was extremely impressed by Indoor Doctor! They are independent which means they do NOT offer remediation services and so they have no vested interest in any follow-up remediation work. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful during our initial call. They scheduled service promptly and James, who came to do the inspection, was professional and very educational about the possible sources of contamination. He was incredibly thorough and the final report had pictures as well as the laboratory findings. AND he followed up via text to make sure I had received the email report. It was less than 48 hours from the time he took the samples to when we had the very thorough report, most of which was favorable. They had concrete advice about next steps for the things that were causing air quality problems which we will implement. I cannot say enough positive things about Indoor Doctor!

Cannot recommend this company and services enough. The owner, Jeff, personally corresponded with me and I had a pressing issue and he was willing to be on premises early the next morning.
Communication is exceptional.
Every home should have the general air quality inspection Indoor Doctor provides. With more and more everyday products being made with synthetic materials, with chemicals, coupled with tight homes and little fresh air, we live in unhealthy environments. Indoor Air provides a host of testing. including mold.

The company replied quickly with an initial quote. Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor.

I have no complaints with the service. I just donâ t give 5stars for anything. Respectable. Knowledgeable. Answered every inane question my significant other could come up with to the point she was satisfied (I also answered those same questions but she would listen to me which is why we hired them)
