<p>They arrived on time and started the work. They recommended the entire pipeline be flushed out which cost extra, but it needed to be done to be effective. The deal price was excellent, but I think the add-on was a bit high priced for the time it took.</p> <br />

Provider cleaned ducts at the advertised price, but we elected to have <br /> them disinfect the ducts as well and install a permanent washable <br /> furnace filter.. That choice about tripled the price. The lead man was <br /> very good about explaining eveything; he and his helper worked swiftly <br /> and efficiently. <br />

The big deal of $99 covered it all and I didn’t pay extra. They were quick and they did a good job. The carpets came clean. I had a smooth experience with them.

Not sure it was worth it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. He was a very nice man. He was prompt. I imagine he did a good job but I can't really tell because they are air ducts. I would use him again.

They did a good job and I was happy. I got a deal on it so the price was good.

I would not recommend them. When they got here they said that I needed new filters and a special deodorizer. My husband was very upset. We cancelled the filters because we were not suppose to be put in anyways. I just needed the filter at the base of the unit and I can buy them cheaper. They were nice and friendly. He kept saying that I had stuff and needed stuff. I trusted them and that is why I am upset. I would not use them again.

They cleaned the upper air ducts with along flexible hose and then told me it doesn't include the floor ducts or sanitizing of any.  They cleaned the dryer vent at the wall and did not check on the roof.  Cleaning of the rugs was done with in a  slap shod way.  After all was said and done the cheap service cost over $500  to get the ceiling and floor vents cleaned and sanitized as well as a poor rug and vent job. <br />

This business did a good job cleaning my interior vents.

They did offer to clean the dryer vent for free as well but it was not cleaned completely.

They did a wonderful job and were professional and helpful. They even helped me unload groceries from my van. They talked me into some add ons which I was insure I wanted, so they are good at seeking he extras. Tr house looked good. The carpets were very wet and wavy for several days. Looks great now. <br />

They were late, did not have the proper equipment and overall not very professional.
