They were very careful with our things, they were very methodical with how they removed and packed things, and they worked a very long day-12 hours, and they were still very cheerful about things, and they set up our beds for us, which I didn't expect them to do. We haven't found anything broken, or scratched. They moved slow, and when you are trying to move, you want to hurry, but I also know that meant that my stuff was being handled well. We had a very short turn around time. The people who bought our house had their house sold sooner than they thought, so we probably had 4 or 5 days from when I called them and they moved us. In between that time, he came and gave us an estimate. They were right on time. They were excellent, very respectful, responsive and very helpful. They are a small company, and use rented U-haul trucks to move.

We had a great experience with Indy Moving Services. We did all of the packing and they loaded the truck and unloaded at our new location. Rodney was professional and responsive setting up the details of the move. The moving crew of 3 men were very efficient and polite. We've used movers before and these guys were easily the best we've had. Highly recommend!! <br />

Rodney and his team were both extremely professional and flexible in our move.  Due to the timing of our closings, we had to be out of our home on the 28th and were not able to move into our new home until the 30th.  Rodney was very accomodating by allowing us to store our belongings on a truck for two nights.  <br /> On Wednesday, May 28th, Rodney, Larry, and Less showed up to our home at the scheduled time.  They were extremely friendly and took much care in handling our furniture and boxes.  They showed up again on time on the 30th to deliver our furniture to our new home.  They were extremely flexible in working around the cleaning crew as they finished up in the morning. <br /> I would highly recommend you use Rodney and his crew for your next move.  It is the best moving experience I have ever had. <br /> <br /> <br />

The crew was punctual, hard-working and very pleasant to work with.  We have used them twice now.  One job was large and complicated; the other was much easier.  Both times they provided excellent service.  Will definitely use them again, if and when needed. <br />

Indy Moving Services were great!  Rodney came out a few days ahead of moving day and told us how much time he thought it would take to move her things and gave us a quote.  On moving day, 3 movers and Rodney showed up on time and got right to work.  They were friendly, hard-working, and efficient.  They were also very careful with all of my daughter's things.  They even moved a piano, for which they did not charge extra!  Many other moving companies wanted $200 just to move the piano.  They finished on time and charged us exactly what we had been quoted.  We were very impressed with Indy Moving Services and would definitely use them again! <br />

It went great; Rodney and Les were prompt, careful, and very pleasant to work with.  i particularly liked that they took their time so that we never felt rushed as they loaded and unloaded.  My wife had used them before and had been very pleased with them.  We give them our highest recommendation. <br />

<p>We obtained several quotes and Indy Moving Services was the cheapest and had great reviews on Angie's List. We were hoping the price wasn't reflected in the service. It sure wasn't. They were great! Great value. 3 guys showed up from Indy Moving Services promptly at 10am on January 2nd.  It had snowed the night before, but they went ahead with the move.  The movers were professional, quick, and efficient. All the stuff was protected and moved to the appropriate places in the new house. We forgot to mark some of the stuff, but the movers were quick to ask where stuff went, instead of just guessing. Moving boxes and furniture is obviously hard work, but these guys had snow and ice to deal with as well.  One of the movers said we would have been done an hour earlier, but with the snow and ice, "we had to take our time."  When I heard this, I thought, great, I'm going to have to pay for an extra hour because of the snow. Which wouldn't have been a big deal, considering the circumstances and the effort they put in. Well, I was wrong.  When the final bill came, they must have backed the hour out or cut me a break, because the total price was less than I expected for the amount of time they put it. I tipped a little more than I would have because of this. Hopefully we won't be moving any time soon, but if we move again, I wouldn't consider anyone but Indy Moving Services company. </p> <br />

Indy Moving moved furniture from a house where I was living to my new house (a distance of about 3.5 miles) then moved additional furniture from a storage building to my new home ( a distance of about 1 mile).  This included antique furniture, electronics, new furniture still packed in shipping containers, a garden tiller and a chipper shredder.  They carefully moved and packed everything and just as carefully moved everything into the new house.  They did not scratch a single item!  They were careful yet efficient.  The two movers were very personable, good natured and a joy to work with.  If I ever have to move again (but I hope I never do), I will definitely give Indy Moving a call. <br />

They were punctual and worked efficiently and carefully. They came and packed up my whole house and moved me to my new house. They were very professional and it was apparent that they have worked together for many years. There were no subs. They were a fun group and Rodney is an excellent manager. Everything arrived in one piece and they were very careful on the new hardwoods. I had a lot of antiques and a piano and everything went smoothly. I have moved many times and this was by far the best move ever! <br />

Indy Moving Services was awesome: <br /> I had an estimate from another (known) company, I listed exactly what I would move like I had done for the other company and Rodney gave me an estimate right away on the phone: $1000 i.e. twice cheaper than the estimate I had. Plus he agreed to swap the dishwashers which the other company didn't want to do. <br /> When he came on site I showed him what I thought I could move myself prior to his crew coming, the estimate dropped to $800 (I especially needed them to move the furniture and the larger boxes). <br /> The crew came 10 min in advance on the agreed day. They looked ready to work hard (and boy they did since we moved to a 3 story house), they were very courteous with us and very respectful all the time of our things. They finished as planned. I was very pleased with them, I gave them each a tip. <br /> The day after the move, Rodney called me to check if I was satisfied. Yes I was but I mentioned the big armoire had an issue after the reassembly. They came to fix it right away and I also understood why the issue was there - not really their fault. <br /> I definitely recommend Indy Moving Services to anyone. <br /> <br />

They did an excellent job.  They were accommodating and the extra site drop offs and handled all of our possessions without damaging any of them.  We were very pleased with their performance. <br />

They contacted us when they were heading to our home and they were early for our afternoon appointment! We did a walk-through of what needed to be moved and they didn't waste any time getting started. They were prepared with the appropriate items needed to prevent damage and did a fantastic job (unlike our previous movers). They were incredibly efficient and very friendly. I hope I don't move any time soon, but I would not hesitate to arrange services with them in the future. <br />

I could not have asked for a better team of movers.   I called on Monday and Rodney said he thought he could work us in the same week.  Well, he did better than that.  He called Tuesday morning and said he could do it that afternoon.  His guys were punctual and amazing.  Fast and efficient, yet always making sure everything was carefully carried and where I wanted it placed.  My art table and flat files are cumbersome and horribly heavy, but they lifted them as if they were feathers.  I can't say enough nice things about the three guys Rodney sent.  The martini bar was wrapped and delivered without a scratch.  Just a wonderful experience. <br />

Rodney and his crew were great. They were polite, professional and extremely hard workers. They showed up when they said they would, and all six members of the crew worked nonstop to get our house loaded and moved to our new home. The last two items to come in proved problematic -- our baby grand piano was a little difficult to get set back up, and the treadmill didn't want to fit down the basement stairs. Rodney's crew took care of both, even disassembling the treadmill and reassembling it so it would fit down the stairs. <br />

It was an excellent experience. <br /> Owner Rodney Fitts was very professional...........as was his crew. <br /> Four men were involved with the move. <br /> The carpets had just been cleaned.............some areas were still damp. <br /> They wore shoe coverings inside the house. <br /> Two men moved items from the truck to the front door, while the other two <br /> placed the furniture inside the house. <br /> They took time to "center" everything and made helpful suggestions when needed. <br /> These were very fine Christians whose faith and belief were reflected in their work. <br /> Everything was delivered in perfect condition. <br /> Indy Moving Services, LLC scheduled our move immediately........ I have already recommended them to <br /> friends and family members. <br /> You will find that they are an exceptional moving company. <br /> <br />

Moving is stressful but Rodney and his crew did a superb job and lessened the stress.  They arrived on tie and did a superb job at loading and unloading all our possessions in the allotted time (per estimate).  Hard working team that did not damage a single item. <br />

The second move took much longer than anticipated.  Rodney was very gracious about our underestimating how long it would take.  The move involved lots of stairs.  He and his partner were steady, hard workers who worked until the job was finished.  Would definitely hire Rodney every time we need something moved. <br />

Excellent experience.  The gentlemen showed up on-time and everything was moved with great care within 3.5 hours.  There was no damage to any of the furniture.  On the day of the move, the temperature was 5 when we started with a high of 10 when they finished.  <br /> I will recommend Indy Moving Services to anyone I know moving. <br /> <br />

Rodney was great!  I called and explained that I only needed 1 piece of furniture moved and even though it was a small job he was very nice, gave me a price & managed to fit it in after another job the next day.  He came right on time and was very careful & respectful with my parents antique cupboard.  I would definitely recommend him & will use him again myself if a need arises! <br /> <br />

Rodney and his crew were wonderful - very professional and courteous.   In the end, we had hired him to move just our furniture but ended up having some extra boxes, etc.  Rodney very pleasantly agreed to move the extra belongings.  They were extremely careful with our antique furniture and electronics.  His crew was ery respectful and careful when carrying our belongings into our new home since the floors had just been refinished.   They worked extremely hard and didn't stop until the job was completely finished (about 7 hours).   Working with Rodney and his crew made our move so easy and pleasant.   I highly recommend them! <br />

Rodney was very professional and courteous.  Most companies wouldn't want to bother with such a small job so I was happy he was very responsive and easy to contact. <br />

The job went well.  They quoted me a price over the phone, showed up on time, were pleasant to work with etc.  They were very conscientious and very careful with my new floor.  They were  helpful in moving other furniture that I hadn't planned for them to do.  They saw me carrying chairs upstairs, and just helped out.  It was very much appreciated. <br />

These guys were fabulous!!! I only gave them a week's notice on a local move in Indianapolis & they were able to fit me into their schedule even though they had 2 other moves that day. <br /> The day of the move, they called when they were wrapping up their previous job to confirm they'd be there around the time frame expected. When they got to my apartment, I was still packing some stuff up but they got started right away. They were incredibly efficient. No complaints about the stairs or my massive couch that was incredibly difficult to get out & down the stairs or the fact that I had a lot of unpacked/semi-packed odds & ends. <br /> Brilliant person that I am - I managed to pack my car keys the night before so they gave me a lift to my new house & took extra stuff that I really should have transported in my car instead. They also didn't charge for extras like moving up or down stairs & breaking down my bed frame & shelving units. Just a flat-fee for gas & materials that was incredibly reasonable compared to other quotes I was getting. <br /> When we got to the house, they were again extremely efficient in unloading & asked where I wanted each box/bag/item of furniture. They helped move an old couch that was still sitting in my new place out of the house & got my massive couch in through the swing-open windows to the semi-submerged basement. I got tired just watching them! <br /> As I told them - best money I've spent all year! <br />
