Windows look amazing and gutters were worse than I thought but free and clear now! They worked with my schedule, showed up a little early and got to work right away. They worked quickly and efficiently, I was definitely impressed with the whole process and the fact that they were able to get everything completed as fast as they did and yet looked as great as it did.

They are always on time, perform their work promptly and professionally. I have recommended them to neighbors who also now use them. They clean windows inside or out or both, as you wish. I was pleasantly surprised at the charge for replacing the screening. They took all the screens with them and had them back the next day--2 days ahead of schedule. Listed cost is for washing 12 windows and 3 doors ($89) as well as replacing 11 screens ($205).

We got our windows and gutters cleaned. It was an easy and painless process. Professional and right on time, and they answered calls promptly and worked with our concerns. Our windows are shiny and look brand new. Brandon is the type of guy who's annoyed by a dirty window... So, he'll make sure your windows are clean! They use a hose to finish out the gutter which worked great and now we have gutters that drain as they should. No hassles and easy to work with. <br>

Chris quoted over phone $159 for gutter cleaning, would be ON 3 story roof, clean all gutters by hand, clear all gutter guards. Chris arrived alone, with a few short ladders. Stated he would be gutter AND window cleaning....@ $159 for each service. We clarified No window cleaning was needed nor ever discussed. He became nearly argumentative, questioning if we were certain. He pulled our backyard hose around to front of house, placed ladder against gutter, and proceeded to spray gutters with water, through gutter guards. All of debris in gutters was now ALL in the downspout..clogging it. He "cleaned" ALL gutters this way. When questioned of this technique and reminded we discussed getting ON roof, he stated this was way he did it. He had to return a second day with longer ladder. then $159 turned to $194 with "tax"?? we questioned tax on services, he stated "i do what I'm told by boss. pay it or not. very disappointed/disillusioned by this provider. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

"Hi Sorry about all of your troubles. Id like to make things good for you so call me we will do your gutters at no charge. But i need to say our ladders never touch the gutter itself. There are 10 inch stand offs on every ladder so they can not touch the gutters. Kris came with a 28 and 32 foot ladder, your home needed a 40 foot an we only take that ladder to very few jobs because 99.4% of homes in Indy do not need a ladder that big. Yours Did an i'm sorry he had to come back the next day. Kris had done 4 other jobs that day with in 2 miles of you. We did not know we needed a 40 foot ladder for a 3 story home in that area. Kris used your hose to flush your gutters so that nothing was left behind in the gutter so they were spotless inside. Some small shingle grain will go down the spout but that's just the way it is. No one can get every grain out without something falling down the spout. You did not call back so i assumed all gutters were draining 100% when he left your home. I don't think doing the job the right way deserves a (D) score. We did not use wrong equipment. We came back the next day with the 40 foot ladder and did the job the right way. We did not try to get it done with ladders that were to short and bend up you gutters an put lives at risk also that was not tax you paid a Material charge You also got a real good deal because homes with gutter guards cost more then twice what you paid, so they must not of knew that when they did the estimate. Please call so we can make you happy no charge. I need better then a (D) score for doing a job right."

Cleaned windows well ,but did not clean the sills between the windows which I was expecting. They were pleasant and worked quickly. <br />

They were very responsive. He was eager to work and he travelled to a couple of different locations to do some work. I'm not sure if I would have them do painting again but I would have them do the other work.

He's always been here on time. I like the guy personally. He just seemed legitimate. I could tell he was a family guy supporting his family, and that was one of the reasons why I liked him. I wouldn't have anything negative to say about him at all. I can trust him to do a good job and if I'm not happy with it he fixes it immediately. For the size of my home and the number of windows I have, the price is very fair. He's not only punctual, he typically calls a week ahead and then a day ahead to make sure I know he's going to be here. I would rate him highly, and I would continue to use him in the future if I needed to.

Each time Brandon either shows up on time, or has called well in advance asking if he can work earlier. Never has he been late or not been able to keep an appointment. He very quickly and routinely unloads the needed ladders, and gets right to work. When doing the inside windows I've never found evidence of dripping or drops of water left behind. He works quickly and efficiently and the entire process is of little or no inconvenience.
