I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they did not do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it was not it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still was not right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refrigerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place.

OMG! I’m so glad I called family owned Infinite Electric and Air today. After a week of problems with another electrical and countertop company, I was at the end of my patience. My call was answered promptly and professionally. The technician, Steven, came out almost immediately. He accessed my panel box as well as the areas that weren’t properly wired by the previous company. In less than an hour, he was able to get everything straightened out and in working order. Steven was our hero today. After months of dealing with various contractors, we will be able to put everything back in our kitchen. We plan on using Infinite Electric and air for all of our future electric and HVAC needs. Steven is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
