Aside from a glitch with the supplier which delayed the installation, we couldn't ask for a better end product. Kara, the company owner, was responsive and very helpful whenever we needed it. The workmen were professional and did an outstanding job installing the fence in 3 hours, well within the expected timeframe for it, and they removed the old fence and cleaned up very well after completing the installation. We would gladly recommend Infinity Fence and their excellent work.

I had a privacy fence that was severely damaged during one of the March storms when a large tree came down on it. I reached out to six different fencing contractors for estimates, and only two were responsive. Kara contacted me promptly, we made an appointment and she came timely. I got a quote by the end of the same day. We contracted for the job and everything was done professionally and timely. Kara was an excellent communicator and let me know right away about a couple of issues that came up as the job was in process, all resolved to my satisfaction.

I had a great experience with Infinity Fence. We needed to replace a mix of chain link and wood fence that were both rusty and/or falling apart. I got 3 different quotes and Infinity was very personable about the whole process and they matched the like-for-like quote from one of the vendors. This made my decision on who to go with very easy. Their team was able to remove the old fence and install about 200 feet of new fence in 2.5 days. The crew on-site was very good, my property threw a couple of challenges at them but they did an excellent job to not only overcome them but have the fence come out looking beautiful. Don't shy away from questions, Infinity worked with me every step of the way until it was completed from issues being home on one of the install days, making sure the quote and material was correct, and answering any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend having Infinity do your fence installation.

The owner Kara was very professional and responsive to our quote request. Her quote was competitive. There was a lot of rain/snow so we had to reschedule multiple times, and I had to resechedule owing to work commitments, but each time she was professional and accommodating. On the day of the install, the workers were prompt and professional. We had to make a few on-site adjustments--like move the location of gates, and remove a previously unseen boulder--to make everything work. They did a very nice job. They hauled away all the debris. Overall, a very good experience. (And the dog is happy now that she can run fee in the yard.)

We liked Kara very much- She was straightforward which we like. We hired the company and since there was a lot of rain- there were delays in doing the job- totally understandable. The communication was not perfect but we figured they were busy. When they came- the fence looked good and we are happy with the look. When my husband discussed the location of the opening mechanism (seen at front) and wondered if that was really supposed to be like that- the supervisor accused him of not wanting to pay (!)_ obviously unacceptable. The workers used our wheel barrel and put a fair amount of dirt and rocks behind our shed. Obviously not a nice surprise. The workers forgot a small repair to an older fence (was in the work plan) and we did not notice right away- I asked if they could come back and they said yes. obviously it was not a rush and I figured they could come whenever but after further emails and months, I have heard nothing back. I had not even mentioned the pile of debris left in the backyard until the last email. So after being accused of trying to escape paying, having debris left in our yard and being lied to about intent of finishing a job- we will not be hiring them for the larger part of fence that still needs replacing.

I hired them to do a complete bathroom gut and Reno along with paver patio. Once we decided on size I'd like patio to be the architect's drawing was submitted to township for approval that's where the good part ends. After waiting over a month for permit I decided to go speak to townclerk myself only to find out the hold up was on additional specs requested from Infiniti's owner Kara that were never emailed over said the town clerk. Kara had assured me she did submit them over 3 weeks prior but clearly that was not the case. The patio had been cut down in size by 25% for approval. Ok I thought but great 25% less material equals a lot less manhouts of labor for a drastically smaller patio. Wrong! The cost was never adjusted but rather I was charged for the original much larger patio and labor. Patio pavers by my hot tub have a huge downhill slope and masonary is very poor. I see from reading other reviews this was a common complaint. It was never fixed. The bathroom failed a total of 8 town inspections in both plumbing and electrical. During the design of bathroom a custom glass wall was suppose to be added which caused a lot of the expense owner told me. Another big expense was the extension of bathroom by cutting down wall and replacing with drywall to create a more spacious bath. Those 2 major expenses were not approved by the town but included in my quote and were never discounted clearly the glAss custom wall,and tearing down of wall was a significant amount in material and additional labor man hour cost. Instead I was charged and paid for those materials being bought and job performed. During that time the owner of Infiniti contacted me and said she needed to bring a change of order because there was a serious electrical issue in bathroom that "it could've caused my whole house to burn down" and this is going to be very expensive to fix,unbeknownst to her my dad is a retired electrician and performed a thorough inspection following morning and found no issues whatsoever. The next day Kara called and insisted another unexpected expense came along but never mentioned Any credit for materials or jobs charged for and not approved by town. She claimed now plywood needed to be installed for flooring and said plywood wood run $2400. I found the plywood for $7-$12 and I was shocked as this is a customary step to install flooring and as a complete bathroom gut this step is included. In the interim the electricity and lighting in playroom/office directly under bathroom was completely damaged and left that way for months. The electrician finally contacted to fix the issues later on stopped coming and kept repeatedly calling because Infiniti owner never answered his calls and refused to pay him. I was charged for a large dumpster full price but workers kept sneaking old fence materials and other materials weekly from other jobs in my dumpster. This is another common complaint I have read and spoken to from another dissatisfied client.

Horrible Experience, Very poor installation! Workers cut corners and did not fully reinforce posts in order to save a few dollars on a few bags of cement I guess. Fence was left wobbly and unstable. Lifetime warranty owner tries to sell you on is a lie. suoerior material owner boasts is really recycled junk that will not even last in my case and other reviews I've read not even one winter much less a string storm or Infiniti. Owner is prompt, professional at the beginning til something goes wrong then after job is complete she refuses to take your calls when you need a repair but upsells you on fact that it's warrantied for life. I've read other reviews with same issues. You've been warned. I'm left with a cracked panels,lock won't latch and a bad taste in my mouth

It went extremely well. Kara, the owner of the company, is wonderful to work with. She was prompt in everything she did. She went to borough hall to obtain the permits. There were major problems with our neighbors, but she handled the situation with patience . She did extra work that other fence companies wouldn't do, like removing a pool deck. I would highly recommend her, and would certainly use her again.

The contractor was a female, she did everything we asked for and more. Everything looks beautiful and I can't wait to enjoy my yard this summer with my family!

<p>I called and received an estimate for the job.  I was happy with the price so I scheduled the work.  Kara the owner was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls.  I went over the details with her and scheduled the work.  My new fence looks great!  I would highly recommend them.  I will be using them in the future to install new front rails on my front steps.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

The job went great.  I first contacted Kara near the end of last Fall season but ran into many delays due to municipal and utility issues.  She kept in touch throughout the delays, so much that when we were able to get the fence started 6 months later she was still aware of the job.  The price was competitive and the materials used were better than what I saw from others, including big box stores.  Overall I was very happy with the results and would use their services again in the future. <br />
