Brad was a great technician to come out and repair my heating system. Would definitely use this company again if any other issues came up.

We called Infinity when our central air suddenly stopped working. This unit is 20 years old and I was concerned it would need replacement. Other HVAC companies laughed at getting someone out within a week as this was the middle of July. I called Infinity and Shane went out of is way to come out even though it was at the end of his day. No upsale and had the unit up and running within 20 minutes. As a single woman, I can't tell you how nice it is to feel like you're dealing with a honest businessman. I give this company a 6.0

Shane has reasonable prices and he does quality fast work. I will use him for any issues that might come up. Also referred him to my sister for a water heater replacement and she was thrilled.

I needed a new furnace and a/c installed in our old home. I met with 5 professionals. Shane was actually my second choice, initially...but the only reason was because my number one choice had a price that couldn't be beat. Shane's price was very competitive. The number one choice was unreliable (which I knew Shane wasn't) and never could commit to installing my equipment. I called Shane and he was here on time when he said he'd be and both the a/c and furnace are working as they should. We do not have return air vents in the upstairs...so Shane will also evaluate what we can do to add those to cool off the upstairs better.

Shane was very prompt, on-time and helpful. I will definitely call them for any future needs.

Very responsive. Replaced swamp cooler. Part broke a few weeks later. Called him and he came out next day. No hassles or issues. He replaced the part free-of-charge. We also called to ask him a question and he remembered us and helped us out then too

After I smelled gas in the house, Excel examined the furnace and determined that a part was not working. I went online and chose Shane at Infinity. I left him a message explaining my problem, told him that my husband was traveling and I had an infant at home, and asked if he could come that day to fix the furnace. He promptly returned my call, gave me an estimate, and arrived at my home in a few hours. Shane repaired the furnace, blew out the lines, and replaced the filter, all for the original quoted price. He was courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Shane and will use him again!

Shane was on time and appropriate. He even acknolwedged that he could do some additional work but we would be better off working with someone who was more experienced. Make sure that you ask for an estimate up front as this seems to slip by him.

The guy was very helpful and informative. When the work was complete he was very reasonable with the pricing. That more than anything was most appreciated.

Excellent experience overall. Project was a whole house humidifying system. Rate was reasonable, he was always on time, competent, efficient, pleasant, and went out of his way to make sure everything worked as advertised, including a thorough clean-up. I would have no reservations about recommending him to others.
