Pleased with the way the inspection was performed. All issues were explained.

David provided me with reassurance that my basement bedroom meets international, state, and county egress requirements. He graciously came out to the house on very short notice. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient, friendly, and eager to help. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his service and the experience of working with him.
