Owner was great. He was responsive, communicated well, punctual, professional, efficient and had great attitude. He arrived on time at 9:00am and did not even seem to take a break. I could tell owner has integrity. We would highly recommend him.

Mr Jose Guerra and his crew were punctual, friendly, and professional. We had them replace our patio doors and paint the entire interior of our home. The doors - removed and disposed of the old doors; delivered, installed and painted the new doors. Interior painting - they covered the furniture, repaired the wear & tear to the walls, painted, and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Great job!

Jose was very efficient and professional in providing a prompt estimate which was much more reasonable than any of the other estimates I received. He and his team showed up on time to start the job. The estimate was for painting the outside trim and doors of my double story brick house. Soon after they started the job they pointed out that the grime and mould on the gutters would compromise the appearance of my house once the trim had been painted and they volunteered to hand clean the gutters at no extra charge, which they did! They used high quality Sherwin Williams paint which included a mould inhibitor. Their paint work was very careful and thorough, and they were careful to remove any peeling paint, and prime those areas before applying the finish coat. They worked hard all day and finished on time. They were careful to clean the site before they departed at the end of the day. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends and neighbors! Thank you Jose and team for an excellent job at a reasonable price! <br />

Jose did a great job. He worked efficiently, and the bookshelves looked great. He was a very nice person to have in the house. We are looking forward to using him again.

I experience a water leak coming from water heater in the garage that damage the drywall in my garage and my family room. I called In Out Construction and Jose showed up and gave me an estimate. I thought his estimate was reasonable and fair compared to the other estimates I had received and I decided to go with him. We agreed on a date and time and he showed up ready to go. I provided the materials and he charged me for the labor. Mr Guerra was very professional and easy going. He was on time and ready to go to work. He did an outstanding job installing the drywall and didn't try to rush the job. I was there for the entire time and his measurements was precise and no rework was done. He also ensured minimum dust during the sanding process by using plastic to cover furniture and securing the work area. I also used Mr. Guerra to paint my two walls going upstairs to my 2nd floor and he is in the process of doing some repairs on my fence in the backyard. Mr. Guerra is a real handyman with years of experience and his work backs it up. There are a lot of individuals who pass out business cards or drive around with placards on their vehicles stating they're a handyman but will eventually have to call someone else to do the job. Well this is not the case with Mr. Guerra. He is a real handyman that provide excellent service and could all the things that is on his business card or his website. I would highly recommend Mr. Guerra to anyone looking for a good trustworthy handyman that provide excellent work and a fair price. <br />

He replace the stucco entry on both side of the dooble doors , because they were damage by the strom. He remove the old stucco along with the stocco on top of the entry frame which was a different color(white) than the base of the frame(gray). Before putting the new stocco on, he had to put a of wires around the frame and top to hold everything together, than he put the gray stocco on and aftward, put the top on the stucco that was white on both stucco entry. The project turnout great.  It look like the orginal stucco entry leading up to the front double doors. Afterward, he clean up the area and it looked beautiful.

He was great! I love my new bathroom! He did a great job he did what I wanted him to do to the bathroom. He is actually going to update my second bathroom as well!
