I bought the $99 2 hour special for installation of a mount and TV. I was extremely happy with the work, wiring through the walls, and caps used to finish the holes in the walls. The technician came out assessed my needs and did the work in about an hour and 15 minutes. I paid extra for the caps and a cable but seemed reasonable.  <br /> I was planning on a future install, so the installer took a look and said he could come back when I purchased the TV and install.  <br /> Very polite and professional! Would definitely recommend. <br /> <br /> <br />

He forgot to connect my media box to the sound system also.  He told me <br /> he would come back on the phone and made an appointment to do so.  Never <br /> saw or heard from him again.  Job not complete.  If he was not coming back I really would have appreciated him telling me so instead of making an appointment and standing me up. <br />

Brian was extremely nice and did a good job. Was not fully impressed as cable management on mount needed to be addressed by myself later. Bought the $99 package which should have covered work done. But to Brians defense he did come out on Saturday before Superbowl, whicg was nice. But I guess i should have not been so talkative, as time about 3.5-4 hours @home l but we talked about future possible needs. He stated he was in no rush, which i thought to mean no worries. But then it turned out to be a slight concern as i was billed $260 on top of the $99 deal. Next time i will keep mouth shut and keep it simple direct and to the immediate need at hand.

Our Netflix stopped streaming downstairs. Our efforts to improve WiFi didn't work. He ran a cable through the wall to our blu ray device and fixed the problem. We also bought equipment to boost our WiFi downstairs. We bought a special for two hours of work for $99. The equipment cost approximately $150 extra, but it was nice to have someone make recommendations on the right equipment and install it. <br />

Our experience was fine. They came out several weeks after we purchased the Big Deal. He did great. He stayed within the $99 Big Deal purchase price. He was only here for an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

In general the service was just ok - nothing stellar. <br /> 1. TV and speaker bar mount on wall, hidden cables. <br /> The hole for the cables is too big and you can see a whole behind the speaker. When the installer saw that, he said that I can fix it, it's easy!!! Also, he didn't have an extension cord - he had to go to Lowes to purchase one. <br /> 2. Media room wiring and projection screen install <br /> I purchased the projector, ceiling mount and projection screen. For the screen - he installed it without a center rod (which would make the screen stay straight on top) and when I asked he said it's an optional thing/doesn't know. Instructions were very clear and I installed the center piece so the projection screen is now straight. Also, he left pencil markings on the wall from the alignment attempts which are all visible. <br /> For the projector: due to the ceiling fan, we needed an extension tube to lower the projector. This is where I blew up and cancelled. He scheduled me for Saturday - never showed up and rescheduled for Thursday morning. At about 11, he tells me he's chasing down the extension rod, having it cut to measure, etc. etc. At this point I had enough and cancelled the install, paid my outstanding charges. <br /> I ended up buying a longer mount and did the install of the projector myself. <br /> Oh, last point - he tried to sell me on a host of upscale home theatre stuff at huge markups. <br />

It went very well once I actually got him to my house. <br />

It worked out very well for me.  The initial deal was for $99; but for him to install 2 TVs, it took half hour extra, so I had to pay $35 for that 30 minutes extra time.  Then he also put TV mount for $130.  He was pretty prompt.  He easily told me that he was not available up front because he was running behind the holiday schedule.  He tried to accommodate me earlier, but since he was too busy, he couldn't.  The service turned out pretty good as I was pretending it to be.  He was pretty responsive and tried to contact him to have him schedule it for me.  He was pretty professional.

They made the process seem so simple.  The service was  great.  He took the time to explain what he was doing. 

Brian was great.  He was polite, punctual, phoned before arrival, made a thorough check of installation options before beginning the work, listened to my input, answered my questions, and is a hard worker. <br />

The service went okay. The staff could do some of the work but were not skilled enough to do everything we needed done. We were looking to have them connect the audio visual on a home we just purchased. Two technicians were at my home for about 2-4 hours. It was mostly just a neutral experience. They were prompt and polite. They were just not as knowledgeable in their field as I had hoped. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the deal.

<p>It went great.  Bryan is a very personable and likable person and is very good at what he does.</p> <p>I bought a Big Deal for $99 to get a TV wall-mounted.  I was also considering having a second TV wall-mounted in another room, but had some concerns/questions about doing it because of location challenges (limited wall space for a larger TV, a wide brick fireplace, etc.).  So, I bought one Big Deal, then called Bryan to ask him about options and prices for the second one.  He was really helpful.  We discussed the potential problems and he even suggested I send him some pictures of the problem space.  I sent him the pictures with dimensions (of wall space) on them.  He then came up with some options for that room.  After some consideration and discussion, we decided not to mount the second TV because there simply isn't enough wall space there to accommodate a decent-sized TV, and we didn't want to remove the fireplace mantle.  So, Bryan wall-mounted the one TV.  </p> <p>He was right on time, and worked quickly.  The new wall-mounted TV looks good and is placed so that a larger TV will easily fit when we upgrade.  I had a group of friends over the day that Bryan came to do the work.  They were all so impressed with his work and his attitude that they all requested business cards from him.</p> <p>I'll definitely hire him again for electronic work of any kind..</p> <br />

Everything went smooth. I bought a 2 hour package for $99 from Angie's list. <br /> Company contacted me and scheduled a time. Technician arrived on time and was done installing TV in about an hour. He consulted with me on a possible second TV and said he would give me a credit for when I ready to install. <br /> Very professional and polite. In addition, I paid about $30 for parts. <br /> If buying a special from another company, check details. Some do not allow for install of TVs. <br /> Innovated Solutions was great and I WILL definitely use again. <br />

Bryan arrived on time and under - stood what needed and took care of the wires. He confirmed everything was working properly. He even finished early, had enough time to give me an estimate for future work.

Corrected all issues/provided service requested.  Very clean work.  More detailed than I first thought it would be.
