The crew arrived promptly at the promised time and did an excellent job. They were very attentive to the work and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. The project was very reasonably priced. Mario is very engaging, ensuring that the work is completed as agreed and the client is satisfied. After using a larger full service year round landscape maintenance company for many years, Mario's personal touch is a refreshing change. I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

Please DO NOT hire this man. I NEVER write negative reviews, however, I felt that I needed to for this situation. I hired Mario to mow, trim, and edge my yard every two weeks starting at the end of March after he came and gave me a reasonable quote. For the first three times that they came everything was great. They did a great job and I did not have any issues. Starting that fourth time he tried to tell me that I hadn't paid him for the last service even though the check had cleared. When I told him this he told me not to worry about the extra charge he had put on my invoice. The very next week he came on an unscheduled week while I was on vacation and tried to charge me even though he only mowed the front yard due to the gate being locked and came on an unscheduled week. I contacted him twice about this before he responed and told me not to worry about it then reassured me that he would be out in two days for the regularly scheduled service. No one ever showed up or contacted me. At the end of the week I reached out to him to tell him that no one had ever come to mow my yard and asked if they would be coming next week. He simply responded "no thanks". I continued to ask when he was coming and he again responded "no thanks". I started to realize that maybe he meant he wasn't going to come back and so I asked if he meant that I needed to find someone else and he responeded "please". This has left me in a bind as my yard currently needs to be mowed and I now have to find someone else who can take me on this late in the season. He could have at least contacted me and let me know that he was no longer going to be doing my yard instead of just not showing up.

I have used Mario for several years. He always goes above and beyond what I've asked him to do. After I've used him, I have no reason to go anywhere else. He's the best at what he does. I typically use him for mulch, but he has done and can do anything landscaping. You will never go anywhere else after you use him.

I have hired Mario and his team now for about four years. They remove my leaves each fall and mulch them and put them back into my beds! They trimmed my red tip photinia and they are coming back nicely. They pruned my crepe myrtle...NO CREPE MURDER!!!!! Also applied insect prevention to crepe myrtle. They have brought and laid pine needles, which are my favorite mulch. I am extremely pleased with Innovation Landscape's work and attention to detail and extremely fair prices! I will always hire Mario.

I have used this landscaping service for several years now. They are the first ones I call when we needs shrubs replaced, mulch, or new trees. EXCELLENT SERVICE and good prices! The team is hard-working, and gets things done quickly. The owner is very knowledgeable about plants and what works in the Mid South area. I have had two previous landscapers who planted what I asked for, and the shrubs died because they were in the wrong light, soil, etc. The owner will actually say, "I wouldn't recommend that plant, and this is why." I REALLY appreciate his honesty. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
