Innovation Landscaping and Concrete LLC

Concrete Driveway and walkways were poured and they looked good. Work was done in October 2022 and was happy with the work - the driveway and walkways looked great. Unfortunately I recently noticed a couple of cracks where the walkway connects to the driveway. I reached out to Roberto, and sent him a picture of the worst crack, to ask what I could do and was basically told that the cracks were likely because I had parked 'something heavy' there. I don't park my car on the walkway, and told that. I again asked what I could do to fix it - maybe using liquid concrete crack filler. He told me that wouldn't help and would make it worse. A third time I asked what I could do to address the problem, and I haven't heard back. So basically, his contention is that the cracks are my fault, had nothing to do with the work his company did and there's nothing I can do to fix it.

After I reached out to Innovations, Roberto contacted me and we scheduled a time for his crew to come out to discuss our project. We discussed a couple variations of what we thought we'd like to have done. A few days later, Roberto sent me cost estimates for both. We opted to go with just the driveway, front and side walkways with stamping on them both. Once they showed up to start the project the crew was courteous, worked diligently and had the removal and install done in two days. During the install, they made a couple suggestions that really made a huge impact on the final product, which was excellent. They did initially recommend using a 3500 PSI mixture, which while I don't think that is generally necessary, I went with it because my wife and I have plans to purchase a Class C RV. I enjoyed working with Roberto and Innovations Concrete and have recommended them to others needing work.

After another concrete contractor with many reviews did not schedule our job (twice) after giving me an estimate, I called Innovation Landscaping and Concrete. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, this company is fabulous! Roberto, who answered my call, was very polite and was able to give a "ballpark" estimate over the phone for the size of patio. We agreed to schedule a visit for an actual estimate and they arrived on time. They were very thorough is discussing the job and were attentive to the work we wanted completed. The job required two appointments and on both days the crew arrived as stated. Roberto even called a few days prior to the first work appointment to confirm they would be out to do the work. The preparation work was great. They were attentive to the surrounding areas and formed the patio area just how we wanted it. On the day of the pour, they did final preparations for the concrete, and when the concrete truck arrived, it was amazing to watch the crew jump into action. It was easy to notice Carlos, Roberto and the other crew members are experts in working with concrete and were very orchestrated in how they put down the patio. The patio finish came out amazing! As well, the surrounding area was cleaned of any debree. The whole crew were complete professionals. We were very happy with our experience with Innovation Landscaping and Concrete. They gave a very competitive estimate, were a very polite crew, maintained their schedule, did an amazing finish to the patio, and cleaned the work area. Much appreciation to Roberto, Carlos and the other crew members!

While the professionalism and work performed were good. The color of the concrete is unfortunate. All concrete work around the house is a off-white/pale sand, color. The new extension is gray and a bit of an eye sore.

Great. The guys were very polite and courteous and professional. We had a lot of questions during the process, but they were very patient and always willing to work with us. The finished product looks great! My boys are anxious to get out on the basketball court thanks to Innovation Landscaping and Concrete.

These guys are the best! Very professional and always answered my questions! Our new driveway and walkway to our front door is perfect! No imperfections on the work and they even dug a french drain for me! Now I don’t have a moat in the middle of my property when it rains!!! They saved me a lot of angst on labor and even spread a pile of mulch that I had! Made my yard look beautiful! I would definitely call them back for other work and also recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work! Thank you!!
