Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I hired Caleb McGalliard, owner and operator of Innovation Renovation to put together a dozen glass bookcases and build a bookcase base for them to sit on. I asked him to make sure the lights in the glass cases could all be turned on at once with one remote. Caleb had a positive attitude and explained how he would carry out this project, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Caleb's prices are about the same as other contractors I have consulted in the past or maybe a little more, but he warrants his prices. I was astounded at his skill set and the quality of his work was clearly his number one goal.

It was carefully thought out and had to be completely taken down to the original pipes and plumbing in a bathroom 65 years old. The bathroom did not meet requirements or even the parts required now, so everything had to be measured and fitted with updated materials. Added to that, the house was not grounded electrically. All new breakers had to be installed with GFI connections. A window in the shower wall was removed, and the wall and vinyl siding removed and replaced. Insulation was installed in the attic, with new light fixtures, fan, and heater in the ceiling of the shower/tub. All of the very old ceramic tile had to be removed from very old flooring, and old crumbling wall tiles throughout the bathroom. The bathroom was originally 2 small rooms with 2 sinks and 2 toilets. It’s now a whole nice-size bathroom, with one toilet, a double sink, a linen closet, and storage space. The walls between had to be removed, and 4 doors removed. This was a huge time-consuming job, and Mr McGilliad did every step, communicating with me to ensure that I approved of changes made. My new bathroom is beautiful. I would love to have him back when I need anything done with care and experience and kindness again!

Ong, it went amazingly well! It turned out beyond our expectations! My daughter stopped by and said it looked like something in a 5 star hotel. My family is in from out of town and are impressed beyond words! Everything is done so perfectly. Caleb did an excellent job and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very professional and knows his stuff. I highly recommend him for any project you might have in mind!

Caleb is an excellent handyman. He has integrity and compassion for the homeowner. He worked extremely quickly, hard, and with care for the house and gutters. He did fantastic and brought the job in exactly as he promised! He also cleaned up any mess as he went, so as to not leave anything for us to clean up. Would highly recommend his services!

The work completed was done very well. Time was taken during job to review progress and finalize details. I appreciated the attention to my expectations. Recently I had a walk in shower installed. The completion time took longer than anticipated as previous plumbing needed repair. It was done bringing it up to code and making improvements made it an excellent walk in shower . I highly recommend Caleb with. Innovation Renovation.
