DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I paid in full to their quote and they cancelled the first scheduled appointment. They came the next week arriving at 1030 and left at 240 saying it was a full day of work. Second day they showed up at 1105 then said they had no material which was paid for on the quote saying they had to go to the store during the full day paid for. They were hired to build shelving in my basement for my Christmas decorations enforcing the current shelf. They went on to say they weren't planning on building any shelfs only reenforcing the current shelf but had to go to the store. When I reminded him I had scheduled movers to move my condo basement contents to go on these shelves they walked out saying I was difficult and they would reimburse me. Very unprofessional and dishonest. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!

"Hi I'm the Owner. The first missed apt was because our Craftsman's child had Pink Eye and we called the customer to let her make the choice if we came or re-schedule, she re-scheduled. During our first appointment she asked us to do several ad-ons for free not in the estimate 'just because we were there anyway'. She signed off on the first day's work as acceptable along with the pictures we took. The second day she asked for more free ad-ons not in estimate and we politely said we would make another estimate with cost. She became extremely angry, verbally assaulted the 2 Craftsman and created a hostile work environment. The Craftsmen had no choice but to leave the premises for fear of their safety. We have never kept money that we didn't do the work for and never will!!! We are a honest, high quality company with hundreds of satisfied customers."

I was highly disappointed. As a resident of Mount Clemens, I pride myself in supporting Mount Clemens businesses. I only wanted my front porch repaired. The job was estimated for 6 hrs. It took 10 days: from 7/15-7/25. A detailed summary of this nightmare would be too long to post. Please beware, not all local businesses are reputable. I am so disappointed because I have other small repairs to be done and I really wanted to support my local businesses; but as a teacher I do not have a lot of time; my summer vacation is the only time I can really have repairs done but I don't want to spend 10 days to do 6 hours of work,

When we gave you your original estimate we were very mindful to warn you that there may be more unseen damage and that would require more expense and time. A lot more rot was found and you wouldn't agree to the new cost to repair it all safely. At this point we lost a Craftsman and quickly assigned our best Craftsman to your job. Justin met with you and agreed to a smaller project and we would cover the cost of the remaining work. Despite it raining everyday, your project remained a priority and was completed and signed off by you. I can't believe you would be disappointed, you received over 1/2 off a job and it was completed during weather that most other companies would have walked away. Steve"

Made an appointment, and they never showed up even after I talked to them about missing the original appointment time. Update 8/10/2023 Great job installing my ceiling fans. He showed up on time, and when finished, I was very happy how everything looked and worked.

I needed my freezer's ice cube maker unhooked because I was going to have a new floor put in my kitchen I called a couple of clients services but they didn't do that kind of work I got lucky and found in and out handyman online and I called them up and told them what I needed and said they would send with someone out the next day Steve also told me to make a list because they charge by the hour and it doesn't take very long to unhook an ice maker so it cost $100 for them to come out but they'll do anything you want them to do within that hour if it goes over a half an hour it's only $50 more I've never had anyone that charge like that they always charged individually and it cost a lot more than that to get all the things I had done I got my windows caught I got some furniture moved and I got them to come back the next day I had had some plumbing work done and my new washer and dryer was sitting in the garage the handyman that came out was Frederick he put a new drain and my utility tub in the laundry room he brought my new washer and dryer from the garage into the laundry room and hook them up they also came out when my floor was being put in and took my railing to the basement out and came back and put it back in when they were done I highly recommend them if you have multiple projects you need done even if they're little things $100 an hour is a lot better than being charged for each individual thing I will be calling them anytime I need any other handyman work done

Joe came out and installed a ceiling fan and fixed my leaking toilet and weather stripped my front door. He was able to come out same day, gave me a free estimate which I loved and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't get anyone else out for a week! Would definitely use again!!

I am so happy with how my bathroom turned out!! It needed some care and In & Out brought my little vision to life! New floors, baseboards, he installed new trim, painted the walls, and ripped out my old disgusting cabinets and replaced with beautiful new vanity! New mirrors, lighting, new everything. Everything I asked him to do he was able to do that and more. I already have them working on a new quote to remodel my kitchen now!! :)
