Pipes were replaced without considering how they impacted the limited space around the washing machine. The new pipes made the washing machine encroach on the space around it, and therefore opening the washing machine door was limited. When I pointed this out to the technician, he agreed that it could've been done better, but he didn't take this into consideration until after the fact.

The pro took care of an annoying and constantly dripping faucet. Thank you!

With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet.

Arrived on time, told me there were three possibilities for the source of the leak, gave me quotes for the different options, and said that he would start with the inexpensive option and if that didn't work we'd progress. The first thing he tried worked, and the price was fair. He reminded me, as he left, that the work was warrantied for 30 days and to call him if there was any subsequent recurrence. Very competent, friendly, professional.

The toilet repair went well, although outrageously expensive; The drip in the kitchen sink -- he charged $125 to do nothing and give wrong advice. He looked in the spout instead of the faucets; he told me the sink couldn't be repaired, that I need to buy a new sink which he would install for $425. In fact, Delta sinks are lifetime guaranteed; they sent me replacement parts free. The parts were for the two faucets, not the spout, which I hope the "repairman" didn't harm during his investigation. I would advise you to steer clear of this firm.

I did not pay.  I cancelled the service.  They don't have the tools.  They said they were overbooked and said they would accommodate me right there and then but they have to leave.  They asked me if I have a ladder, I said it's in the truck they have to get it.  They have to leave and came back the following day.  Again they have to cut the pipe but they didn't have the pipe with the same size as what we have I thought they did the assessment yesterday.  Well, we picked up the wrong one.  They told me it's an easy job if I can do it myself, I can save a lot of money and I said "No, I'm not a plumber."  On the third day when they came I told them I don't want them.  I am not comfortable with them and said I have to pay for the permit because they said they got the permit already from San Francisco.  It's very upsetting.  When I refused to pay the permit, the guy was very argumentative and very threatening.  He said he will see to it whether I like it or not; he'll make sure I have to pay the permit which is 260 dollars.  I've waited so many days; this is gas we cannot cook, we could not take a shower.  I said I am already in contact with another plumber.

He arrived and had no idea what the promotion was for.

The main issue I had was the technician argued with me over accepting the price paid through Angie's List. It was for two hours of work at a set cost and he ended up calling the office because he didn't believe it. Then, since he brought a helper, he said I should only get one hour for two people. It was very annoying to have to argue the cost although it appears the work was done appropriately. I suggested he tell his office he was not willing to take an Angie's List assignment in the future.

Found that the dispenser was damaged inside.  Could not fix.  Had to come back the next morning to fix leaking under the sink due to the work on the dispenser.  Re routed the water line so that we would still have water to the refrigerator but the join leaked so I had to turn it off at the valve.  The rerouting meant that I could not push back the sliding shelf that holds the supplies.  Had to remove it to be able to close the cabinet door. <br />

He arrived on time & unplugged the drain - I used a coupon for the work but there was an extra charge because of the type of drain we had. <br />

Pretty well.  A re-fix was needed and it happened in a timely way. <br />

They were in and out, in and out.. I would never use them again. They were overpriced. Right over the New Year's break, we were without hot water for our entire week while they struggle to get the part. Once they finally got it in, there were still a couple of problems where our faucets were not properly flushed and because they were clogged because we were without water for so long. We still didn't have water after the water heater was turned back on. It was an extremely frustrating experience dealing with the. They kind of just left us high and dry and we have a baby in our household so no hot water and baby is not a good combination. It was very frustrating.
