Excellent phone service, easy to setup an appointment... Josh was sent out for the job and he called & texted before he showed up. There is also a tracker to locate Josh and see the approximate time of arrival. He explained the problem & the fixes in simple terms so I could understand it. They were very professional and friendly, and explained everything clearly. My only suggestion is to ensure they come fully prepared to finish any drywall work. Many companies have to cut into walls to install wiring, so it's important they bring the necessary materials—like spackling or patch kits—to properly restore the wall afterward. Leaving that part unfinished and up to the customer can be frustrating, especially for women homeowners who value a complete, clean finish. Other than that, I was very satisfied with their work ethic and the timeliness of the project.
