He arrived promptly for the first meeting after a phone call, and we had a written estimate within a couple of days. <br /> After we accepted, they arrived right on date and time arranged. The job took the four days stated in the estimate, and we were very satisfied with the results. The house looks great. After they were done, they cleaned up after themselves very well, and walked around the house with us to inspect. <br />

It went great. The biggest compliment is that Andrew was extremely flexible to accommodate really everything we asked for. We added (added doors and baseboards) to what we wanted in the middle of the job and he still made sure the job was finished within the three day time frame that was important to us as we had coordinated already with our movers and wanted to have the paint done and dry before moving in. He answered any and all questions, even came and picked up our checks to him (1st and 2nd installment). There was a little bit of paint that had dripped onto our kitchen cabinet and our shower door, but both came off rather easily as it is water based paint. I called him asking about these and he even offered to send someone out without hesitation to take care of it. <br />

They are fabulous. They over-deliver. Every time I've used them they ended up painting more than I asked for and I love it. I'd give them 5 gold stars.

The result was outstanding.  Special effort was expended in the prep, caulking all seams and filling cracks in the existing wood surfaces.  The painting workmanship was exceptionally high quality.  Transition in the seams between siding and trim were high points in the craftmanship of the work.  The owner, and other managerial personnel, checked regularly to insure that I was satisfied.  I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.   <br />

They cleaned up well and were professional. The quality of the work and the service are excellent. They're very reasonable.

They did a real good job. It took about 2 weeks to complete. The clean up was good. I have hired them many times over the past 20 years.

It ended up being a big project and time went on. Andy and his team were great. Despite being very busy, Andy was very flexible with my dynamic needs along the way. His foreman, Miguel, and his team did a great job. I especially liked that I was working with the same team for all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend INSCO and will definitely use them again in the future. <br />

In 2010, my wife and I wanted the outside of our house painted. We received several estimates and were about to make a decision when we talked to a realtor neighbor of ours. Our neighbor suggested we call the painter (INSCO) listed on his resource guide. ANDREW (owner of Insco) came out as scheduled and quickly gave us an estimate. His was far better (by almost half) than the others for the same service. We decided to go with Insco and the job was done in about a week as expected. We were happy with the results. <br /> In May of 2014, we wanted to have the interior of our house painted. We obtained a few estimates before calling Andrew. Once again, Andrew's estimate was much better than the others, by almost half. It was an easy decision to go with Insco. The time-frame was about a week. It took six days for the crew of three painters. The paint job looks great. There were a few issues, such as the masking with tape and plastic missed a few areas, resulting in the residue from the spray painting of the ceiling to get everywhere. The spray caused a white mist that was not easily wiped off surfaces. Andrew told us spraying the ceilings was faster and would provide a smoother finish compared to using rollers. He was right, but we wish the masking was done more thoroughly. Even not taping off the bottom of the kitchen pocket door caused the entire kitchen to be covered with a film of white residue. Another problem from the ceiling spray were the window screens. The windows were left opened for air circulation during the painting. This resulted in the screens being covered with a film of white spray paint. In some cases, the windows were half open, so the paint marks were on half of the screen. If the plastic masking came off, whatever was still in place, left a paint mark in that same shape/size. I mentioned it to the painters and they tried to scrub each screen with soapy water and brushes. The screens came out better, but only about 75% cleaner. <br /> If more exact precautions/preparations were taken, the experience would have gone much smoother. All in all, the paint job looks great and we would recommend Insco and use them again in the future. <br />

Andrew came out as requested to provide a bid for exterior paint. Since I had used him for interior painting two years ago and was pleased, I decided to try him again. The exterior bid was reasonable so decided to go for it. <br /> He was very flexible as for scheduling since I was away in the Army. He set things up with my wife and so when I got back they were ready to go. <br /> I asked to upgrade to the top of the line paint for Dunn Edwards and he only charged me extra for the difference. I also asked for a bid for the inside while they were there and he and his crews did a great job there too. I also asked if they could powerwash the fence and they did that well also. <br /> Overall, the job looks great and the job foreman Fidel even waited for me on the last day for me to inspect the work. I asked him to touch up a few things and his team gladly did everthing to my satisfaction. They left the place clean and were very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them and use them again. <br />

MR KIM PROVIDED A WRITTEN BID. WAS PUNCTUAL. EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT HIS COMPANY WOULD PROVIDE. WORKMEN WERE VERY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL. A+

I CALLED AND REQUESTED ESTIMATE. OWNER CAME NEXT DAY AS PROMISED. WAS ON TIME. EXPLAINED WHAT SERVICES THEY WOULD PERFORMED. DIDN'T WANT ANY DEPOSITS UNTIL START DAY ONE WEEK LATER. ARRIVED ON TIME AND BEGAN WORK IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE FAST, NEAT AND CLEAN. MADE SUGGESTIONS AND WERE CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ON THE SAME PAGE AT ALL TIMES. EACH DAY THEY CLEANED UP THEIR WORK AREA LEAVING EVERYTHING SPOTLESS. THEY FINISHED IN THREE DAYS. MR KIM STOPPED BY OFTEN TO MAKE SURE I HAD NO ISSUES. <br /> I'M SERIOUS, I WISH WE HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS COMPANY YEARS AGO. WE PLAN TO TURN THEM LOOSE ON THE INSIDE THIS FALL. <br />

They were excellent, clean, on time and they did a fantastic job. Their professionalism stood out. They came out did the work and it turned out quicker than what we have expected.

They are really great. Generally, they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive, but their quality is amazing. One thing that is really good about them is the owner of the company, he comes out at the start and then he comes out at the end of the job and walks through it and he would make sure if there is any areas you want fixed, he makes sure that they come back and fix it. Their service is amazing. I think price is worth the service they provide.

They're fantastic. All the workers were very detailed. The service and quality were great. The price is great.

Their cost was low, but I learned you get what you pay for. They painted over raw metal without primer or the proper rust preventative. I was told the paint had primer in it. I contacted the paint manufacturer to verify and was told it did not have primer in it. They also painted some concrete poles which needed specialize primer (F/Stop) coat first. I asked if they had done that and was told that they had to go buy some. I felt like I had to constantly supervise them. There was also over spray onto the windows. I've seen other similar evidence of their work at other locations.

Andrew gave me a very reasonable proposal (very good price and timeline), and his team, led by Mingo, did an excellent job painting the interior of my entire house. They prepped all surfaces diligently, and the results were fantastic. They finish on budget and within their expected timeline. My wife and I could not be happier. I offer my highest recommendation.

this was the third time i have used Insco. The first time was several years ago when I had them paint whole house inside and outside. Then in October the first floor and stair hallway including the kitchen where I had just replaced florescent lights with recessed lights. They did a great job smoothing and shaping the area and then painted the ceiling. Then in December they painted an upstairs bedroom in several colors. Always a quick estimate, and painting by a crew that works spotlessly, <br />They moved furniture carefully, prepped very well and cleaned up. I saw some flaws 2 weeks later and he sent a guy in right away who worked 2 hours, fixed it and left. Not a word about extra payment, just wanted us to be happy.

I am afraid I told the whole story above except the guy came after my 1st call wrote out an estimate and stuct to it by the dime...

THE WORK QUALITY IS EXTREMELY POOR.

Over all, the experience was good. The workers were polite and hard working. Maybe not the foreman. The owner seemed responsive and kept in touch. There was always somebody to answer the phone. I wanted to have some wood trim put around the windows and i thought they could do it (that was the impression i got) but, in the end, the contractor they work with never replied to my calls. So that was not accomplished.
