He matched the old paint. He did a good job, he was clean, and very fast. When he left, it was cleaner than when he came in to start the job. I was very satisfied. The price was good.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They did come by and took measurements and they got the plans back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I felt that their cost for the plans was very reasonable. They were very nice and pleasant. We ended up holding off on the work and eventually hired someone else we had previously used.

Scheduling was good, they were responsive. They came over, walked through the basement and discussed what we were wanting. They brought over the plan to us personally. We got a nice plan from them but we not moved forward with the work.

Met with us at our house, talked about service,etc. and measured kitchen.  Provided us with plans for a new kitchen.  They were willing to make changes to the plans but we never followed up. <br />

In Sight Design & Construction LLC was okay, just okay. They had to reschedule several times.

It went well. He came twice, once asked what we wanted and the second time he drew and gave us suggestions. It was simple. He is a very nice guy and that he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He did not follow up or ask if we had any questions about the drawings. But what we paid for it was ok. It is a design that we would use for the remodel. I liked that he came and took the time to listen and draw what we wanted. It was not very detailed.  He did not call to see if we were interested. I did not see any interest on his part in wanting to do the project.

Because their office is in Darien, I was made to feel that my business was a problem for them, they had to reschedule a few times.  When finally here, it went fine. <br />

In Sight Design & Construction LLC provided good information while on the first visit but they did not follow up with our first visit. I was satisfied with visit but obviously the substance of the interaction was to get the recommendations and that would be an F because we didn't get them. They were certainly responsive enough in getting to us but not in getting the results back to us. I would not use this company again in the future.

Two men came to my house, on time, but seemed a little unsure of how to install a scree door.  I dont think they had experience in this kind of work.  When they left there were spare parts neatly put aside.  However the spare parts would have served a better purpose if they were on the door as they were meant to be.  The men were polite and did attempt to do their best. <br />

It was extremely difficult to get anybody scheduled to come. Many appointments were made and then missed. Finally, someone did come for the sheetrocking and he was very nice. However, I couldn't get them scheduled to come back again for handyman service. Therefore, I asked for my money back for the handyman service.

He was a young guy that didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing. It took him 2 weeks to email me a picture that didn’t even look like my kitchen. It was a very small computer drawing.

Technician was asked to <br /> remove programmable digital thermostat for heated bathroom floor & replace with non programmable thermostat provided by me. <br /> place sensor for thermometer outside of window. <br /> Technician did not know how to attach wires on new thermostat & had to call someone to "walk him through it' on the phone. <br /> technician placed sensor in full sun so reading always inaccurate. <br /> Very difficult to reach them - it took more than a month. <br /> Technician placed sensor in full sun so reading always inaccurate. <br /> Very difficult to reach them - it took more than a month. <br /> Scope of work had been described before technician sent out and I was told this could "easily" be done. <br />

He was too slow in setting appointment; cancelled several times.  Had im shorten door, replace doorbell and put on a doorknob.  He was at the house for at least 4 hours and was going to come back to finish.  He struggled with doorbell.  Cut off closet door OK - took way too long on repacing doorknob.  All in all, he was way overbooked. <br />

At the end of April/beginning of May I purchased two specials from <br /> Insight Design and Construction - $69 for 4 Hours of Drywall/Plaster <br /> Repair and $99 for 4 Hours of of Handyman Services.  I contacted them <br /> around the end of May/beginning of June to do the work.  One guy came <br /> and did the drywall repair and did a good job fixing a couple of holes. <br /> However, the main purpose for which I wanted the <br /> Handyman Services was never done. The guy who came for Handyman <br /> Services fixed a sagging piece of plywood under my living room extension <br /> and then tried to install the awnings I wanted put up over 3 windows on <br /> the side of my Cape. He said two people and a longer ladder were needed <br /> for the job and I had to contact the coordinator. I did so and at least two <br /> additional appointments were made and not kept. At least two or three <br /> phone calls were never returned. In July I finally I gave up and got a refund of <br /> the $99.

this guy, larry was our front runner when speaking with three folks about our general work around the house.  Driveway, roof repair, bathroom design, and exterior painting.  After one week it was clear he was in over his head.  Larry tried hard, and is a nice guy, just not good a communicating, being on time, nor being reliable.  We found another contractor to finish all our work.  The good part is he hired good driveway folks, wish I remember their names, and good painters -whom after quitting on Larry for unknown reasons, we hired directly to finish the job. <br />

They were wonderful. He sent people out and they did a lot for me. The price is very fair.

Person was 6 hours late with no communication.  The drywall work was so poor I had to hire someone else to fix it before the rooms could be wallpapered <br />

Everything went smooth. I love how the bathroom looks and Larry and crew were very easy to work with. I love how they replaced the old wooden trim with tile. I would highly recommend Insight Design & Construction <br />

After asking for a few months for an appointment, they finally came to help hang three sets of new closet doors. The work was excellent,  though it took practically all day to do the work.And this was after I gave him a chance to bid on a huge deck job we need to do. Needless to say, after this experience, I will not be hiring In Sight for that work. <br />

He signed a contract telling me the job would be finished by the 13th. He will not return my calls and it has been a nightmare trying to work with this service provider. He also will not show up when he is supposed to, will not call me, and I have had no communication with him.
