Inspect It First

Spiro is amazing and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he will take good care of you. He will answer all and any questions. He's very thorough Three days later and he still answered questions I had, He does his job with pride!

Inspect it first is both thorough and congenial! Spiro is absolutely "The Man!" Simply stated: If you are not getting Inspect it First to inspect your prospective home, then it is not inspected.

Inspector gave a pre-inspection introduction of his qualification and during the inspection explained different deficiencies he found and what was required to correct them.

Detailed inspection and gave me options for upgrades in the future. Spiro had a lot of knowledge about the various parts of the house including electrical, roof, basement, water heater, attic, soffits, etc.

I could go into a plethora, of reasons why, This would take more space than I have, suffice to say, I am well versed in many aspects of home repair and improvement and found that not only was he willing to share his thoughts, but also the ways that certain deficiencies could be handled, he is an honest and honorable person, and I would recommend his services, to all I know.

Spiro performed a home inspection, he came well prepared, and did a phenomenal job. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable, he shared information and showed me things I didn't think to ask. I was with him during the 2+ hour inspection and he explained every detail during and after the inspection. The report has been timely and complete. Highly recommended.

They were very thorough and very profeesional. They explained everything to me and even showed me a slide show at the end of the inspection of the pictures that were taaken throughout the inspection.

I would not waste my money on hiring this company to do a home inspection.  The day after the inspection I was back at the house to pick something up and noticed the second story window in front had holes in wood due to dry rot which they never discovered but assured me before closing they would replace and paint at their expense. Approximately two months later and the rot still not fixed, so I am hiring someone else.  The day we moved in garage door would not open because of frayed wire cables but was also marked PICK UP. The side door to the house would not open because of a broken latch that opens the door.  The refrigerator and freezer would not cool properly requiring a new evaporator for refrigerator and other parts for freezer that would not go into defrost cycle but constantly iced up.. Several Anderson windows not opening because of broken cranks.  Kitchen faucet not working properly and several lights and switches not functioning correctly. All this was discovered the 1st or 2nd day living in the house but never discovered by Inspect it First.  As time went on discovered more and more problems that were missed by them.  I definitely would not recommend this company, complete waste of money. <br />

The inspector was prompt, efficient, highly thorough, and extremely experienced. The inspection itself was completed with great attention to detail and the inspector clearly went above and beyond to ensure we were aware of any and all existing or potential issues. As first-time home buyers, we felt comfortable and well taken care of with Inspect It First. The inspector was more than happy to address any questions or concerns and made it clear that he is available should we wish to follow up.
