I paid these scammers $2750 on August 10. They said they could come the next day. I have called numerous times I have called all five of their numbers I have texted them call them they’ll be here they don’t ever come they stole all of my money and I don’t have extra money to give away to them $2750 is a lot of money for me I canceled the very next day my bathroom being fixed and they said that they couldn’t give me my money back but they have a three day right of rescission I never signed a contract with them they just stole my money. Today is November 2 I have spoken with John one time and he said that they would get out here I haven’t seen them yet

I generously give them one star because they actually showed up until "finished". I have left and deleted multiple reviews as they would come back to "fix" things that I had mentioned. I literally taught them how to install four board plank fencing because they admitted on day two of being out here that they had never installed in before. It would have been nice of them had told me that when I called about the initial estimate. I hired them to install four board plank fence around 3 acres of pasture for my horses. The end result is terrible. The fence along the property line doesn't even resemble a straight line, posts unevenly spaced and/or crooked, boards toe nailed to posts because of incorrect measurements and worst of all for a horse owner, nails EVERYWHERE. The afternoon that they completed the fence, I took a walk around it and began seeing nails at the base of the posts. I picked them up, bought a magnet and went back out to pick up 120+ nails along a 125 ft section of the fence. I also found wood and concrete bags laying everywhere. I put a stop payment on the check I gave them, called them and told them I would write a new check after everything was picked up. They "picked up" and used a magnet to "find the nails" and I wrote them their new check. I am still finding bags hidden in the grass, still picking up wood scraps and even as of this afternoon, still finding nails. I can look past a lot of the issues, but their carelessness regarding nails in what they knew was horse pasture makes my blood boil just thinking about. I am not sure what your level of incompetence has to be to repeatedly drop nails in a pasture despite being told "be careful with any nails you pull because horses will be in here". I now have a fence around 3 acres, that I paid $4000 to get done and I am scared to let my horses use it for fear of an astronomical vet bill and a permanently lame horse.

Do not use this company if you have a job that requires any detail! We hired them to renovate our master bathroom. It was a nightmare! Here is what we were told: Your job will take 10 work days from start to finish. Here is what happened: Our job started on Aug. 9th and they finished (what they could) on Oct. 23rd!! - a worker was ARRESTED in our driveway for being drunk in our home & stealing beer from our fridge - our bathroom window was broken and then shattered - tub was scratched and had to be replaced - drywall was not done correctly and had to be redone - bathroom had to be repainted TWICE - our toilet is off center by 2.5 inches - shelves that were installed are not level and are also off center - baseboards had to be taken off and redone because the corners were awful - the waterline for the toilet was run up through the baseboard instead of out of the wall - we were told things would happen many times that didn’t happen - we were told people would show up at certain times and then they didn’t show up until hours later, or not at all - other than on demo day, our floors were not protected unless my wife and I put plastic down Details and finish work are not what this company does. We learned that, and I don’t want to see anyone deal with the stress, anxiety, frustration, or disappointment that we went through.

To keep this from being an entire book I'll give you a list of reasons not to use this company. 1. Horrible communication between us and them and their own workers and themselves. Examples: needed to move our start day back one day and no one answered the 24/7 line. Had to message John on Facebook in order to contact anyone. Was told people would be showing up to work and no one did. 2. Was told we would be scheduled 2 to possibly 3 days to finish up and they would have multiple people on our project to get it done within that time frame. What ended up happening is 1 or 2 people would come and work a couple hours then leave and that caused it to drag out to 3 weeks with the work then not being completed due to my husband needing to go back to work which we told them multiple times. 4. Our house is in shambles. They left trash all over our house and front yard and drywall covers my entire basement. (Have pics for proof) 5. When we reached out to the owner after finally getting his number he told us that the price was reasonable for the scope of work done and didn't acknowledge any part of our concerns and only refunded us 1 day of work. 6. Paid for a day's work for them to mess up the electrical in our kitchen and paid more for someone to come fix their mistake. All in all if you want an honest and reliable company this is not one you should consider using.
